Die verschließbare Öffnung kann z. B. durch einen Reißverschluß, in Form von Druckknöpfen einem Klettverschluß oder ähnlichen Mitteln realisiert werden. Der den Füllkern umschließende Überzug hat am hinteren Teil seiner, die Bettkante formumschließenden Fläche, eine Lasche, die vorzugsweise über die gesamte Länge mit dem Überzug der Nackenrolle verbunden ist. Der Überzug umschließt so bei an dem Bett-Kopfteil angebrachter Nackenrolle im Querschnitt gesehen mit seinem hinteren Teil u-förmig die Oberkante des Bett-Kopfteils. An der Innenseite der Lasche, die zur Platte des Kopfteils zeigt, ist ein Klettband angebracht. Dabei spielt es keine Rolle, ob es sich bei dem Klettband, um ein Hakenband oder ein Flauschband handelt. An der Hinterseite der Platte des Bett-Kopfteils wird nun das entsprechende selbstklebende Gegenstück des Klettbandes angebracht, so daß das Klettband an der Hinterseite der Platte des Bett-Kopfteiles und das Klettband an der Nackenrolle miteinander zu einem Klettverschluß verbunden werden können. Um die Verbindung zu trennen, werden die beiden Klettbänder einfach wieder auseinandergezogen. Somit wird eine leicht zu befestigende und lösbare Verbindung der Nackenrolle zur Oberkante des Bett-Kopfteils geschaffen. Wird die Nackenrolle gelöst, ist das an der Platte des Bett-Kopfteils befindliche Klettband von vorn nicht und von der Seite nur unter bestimmten Umständen sichtbar, das es sich von vorn gesehen hinter dem Bett befindet.
