Description

The invention relates to a headband in which the decoration is individually interchangeable.

When buying a bridle or curb, the customer must opt for a headband. If he does not like this anymore, he can either buy a new bridle or curb or a new headband. If the rider has decided on a new headband he has to disassemble the complete bridle or curb and install the new headband.

The problem is that the rider can not change his headband individually and at short notice and thus must commit to a particular design when buying a bridle.

To eliminate this problem, there are headbands that can be purchased and replaced individually. For this, however, the complete bridle must be disassembled.

The object of the invention is to provide a headband which can be exchanged and changed quickly and easily.

In the invention, a bridle, the part on which the decoration is replaced by a thin magnetic strip in the headband. To match the size of this magnetic strip, another magnetic strip is made with decoration. This can now be quickly and easily removed and replaced.

The bridle can be offered by simply pulling off and replacing the decorative strips with many individual and different designs.

Advantage of the invention is the simple and practical replacement of decorative strips and thus an individual design of the bridle.

At the present time there are two possibilities on the market, the headband of a bridle, without complete disassembly, to change.

The company HKM developed a headband with a velcro strip. One side of the Velcro fastener is integrated in the leather part of the headband, the counterpart of the Velcro fastener is attached to the back of Dekobandes. Disadvantage of this development is with certainty that the velcro fastener is quickly contaminated by the horse hair as well as dust and dirt and thereby loses its adhesive effect. Another problem is that the Dekoband must be placed exactly on the Velcro on the headband because otherwise it also sticks awkwardly.
