Abstract

Work table with several work stations, each work station being assigned at least one work machine, the several work stations being operated by at least one operator, the work table being designed to be rotatable or displaceable, and the individual work stations being optionally operable without the operator changing location.

Description

The invention relates to a work table according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.

In the industrial production of products, it is common to break down the total necessary for a product processing in a variety of machining operations and then perform the machining operations in successive steps. In this case, the individual product is given from one workstation to another and processed there, or the person working has to go with the product from one workstation to another in order to carry out the corresponding processing step.

The invention is therefore based on the object to propose a work table, which allows a more efficient implementation of partial work steps in industrial production.

This object is achieved by the features specified in claim 1.

Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.

The invention will be explained by way of example for a rotatable workstation for manufacturing clothes and sewing material.

Construction of the rotary work table:

• - work table 1 with bogie 2 and central pillar 3
• - Rotary drive, left, right
• - Lifting device for height adjustment of the work table (column)
• - Energy supply in the center of the table for air 4 and electricity 5 as well as waste extraction 6 , or hydraulics.

In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the work table may also have a central opening in which the operators are located. The work table preferably has no central pillar in this embodiment, but is for example mounted on the outer circumference.

In a further alternative embodiment, the work table can be designed as a linearly displaceable work table. The several workstations are then arranged side by side in the linear extension of the worktable. The operator then sits on the side of the work table and can position the corresponding workstation and work machine by linear displacement of the work table.

The subject of the present invention results not only from the subject of the individual claims, but also from the combination of the individual protection claims with each other.
