Abstract

Basis-Aluminiumprofil 3-seitig geöffnet für Aufnahme von Standardkomponenten zur Verschraubung/Befestigung von Solarmodulen; Versteifung erfolgt durch eine x-förmige Versteifung im Kern und Verstärkung jeweils am Ende des „X” (Fig 1.2), u eine höhere Tragkraft zu erreichen. Des Weiteren verweisen wir auf eine Wandungsstärke von 2,3 mm (Fig. 1.3) (höhere Tragfähigkeit somit weniger Materialverbrauch bei der Montage = kürzere Montagezeit)

Description

  • Die herkömmlichen Aluminiumprofile können nur mit Systemkomponenten des Profilherstellers verwendet werden. Des Weiteren sind generell alle herkömmlichen Profile zu schwach ausgelegt, um Wind- und Schneelasten aufzunehmen. Dadurch ist man gezwungen, auf stärkere Profile zurückzugreifen, welche wiederum nur mit Systemkomponenten des jeweiligen Herstellers zu montieren sind.
  • Der im Schutzanspruch zu Grunde liegenden Erfindung liegt exakt obiges Problem zugrunde.
  • Dieses Problem wurde mit den im Schutzanspruch 1 aufgeführten Merkmalen gelöst.
  • Mit der Erfindung wird erreicht, dass man auf handelsübliche Komponenten zurückgreifen kann. Ferner hat die Erfindung eine höhere Tragfähigkeit in der Quer- und Hochkantverschraubung (1-lagige oder Kreuzmontage).

Claims (1)

  1. Basis-Aluminiumprofil 3-seitig geöffnet für Aufnahme von Standardkomponenten zur Verschraubung/Befestigung von Solarmodulen; Versteifung erfolgt durch eine x-förmige Versteifung im Kern und Verstärkung jeweils am Ende des „X” (Fig 1.2), u eine höhere Tragkraft zu erreichen. Des Weiteren verweisen wir auf eine Wandungsstärke von 2,3 mm (Fig. 1.3) (höhere Tragfähigkeit somit weniger Materialverbrauch bei der Montage = kürzere Montagezeit)
