Abstract
Description
In der Technik werden zum Verstellen von Maschinenteilen unter anderem Gewindespindeln mit Gewindemuttern verwendet. Dabei wird eine Drehbewegung des einen Teiles in eine lineare Bewegung des anderen Teiles umgewandelt. Die Geschwindigkeit der linearen Bewegung (Hubgeschwindigkeit) ist dabei von der Gewindesteigung und der Drehgeschwindigkeit abhängig. Prinzipiell läßt sich eine solche Konstruktion als einstufiges Getriebe betrachten. Es sind Anwendungsfälle denkbar, bei denen in bestimmten Abschnitten der Linearbewegung die Hubgeschwindigkeit variiert werden muß, z.B. wenn beim Verfahren einer schwenkbaren Anhängerkupplung der Kupplungsarm während des größten Teiles der Schwenkbewegung mit hoher Geschwindigkeit und wenig Kraft bewegt werden soll, dafür aber in seine Endlage mit niedriger Geschwindigkeit und hoher Kraft gedrückt werden soll. Die Geschwindigkeit der Linearbewegung läßt sich nach dem heutigen Stand der Technik nur durch die Variation der Drehbewegung ändern. Das würde im Fall der erwähnten Anhängerkupplung bedeuten, daß der (elektrische) Antriebsmotor der Kupplung gesteuert werden muß. Wird seine Geschwindigkeit in der Endphase der Bewegung aber gedrosselt, sinkt auch (physikalisch bedingt) sein Drehmoment, d.h. seine Kraft.
