Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Bearbeiten von Leichtmetallfelgen, insbesondere auf ein Präzisionswerkzeug zum Haltern beim Nachbearbeiten von Leichtmetallfelgen. Alle Leichtmetallfelgen, gleichgültig wie als Rohling ursprünglich hergestellt, ob gegossen oder geschmiedet, müssen sehr präzise nachbearbeitet werden und zwar im automatischen Fertigungsgang und in einem Verfahren, in dem der Rohling in dem Werkzeug eingespannt ist. Die Einspannung muss zentriert erfolgen. Hierfür ist bekannt, die Einspannung zentral, entweder direkt an der Nabe oder im Bereich der Rippen oder Speichen vorzunehmen, mit dem die Nabe mit dem Felgenrand verbunden ist. Dabei wird die Form und Gestaltung des Felgendesigns immer variantenreicher, so dass es notwendig ist, für jede der vielen Einzelformen von Leichtmetallfelgen auch entsprechend unterschiedliche Einspannwerkzeuge vorzuhalten. Deshalb ist aus dem eigenen Gebrauchsmuster DE 20 2005 004 538 U1 bekannt, dass ein Axialzentrierring am hinteren peripheren Außenrand eines Rohlings ansetzt, wobei außen und gleichmäßig verteilt am Rand des Axialzentrierringes angeordnete Vorsprünge in entsprechend gleich geformte Ausnehmungen in hinteren Außenrand des Rohlings greifen.The The present invention relates to an apparatus for processing of alloy wheels, in particular a precision tool for holding when reworking alloy wheels.
