Abstract
An arrangement for producing and/or working components made of powder particles (3), comprises a work piece platform (5) in an assembly chamber, on which the particles and/or the components are placed, an optical element located over the platform, and a dosing chamber (9) which contains the powder particles. The optical element is used to focus e.g. a laser on the layer of powder particles or the finished components. The powder is transported and dosed using a dosing unit (10). A powder removal unit (11) is located on the assembly chamber. The powder removal unit has at least one powder removal opening, which connects the assembly to the dosing chamber. The assembly chamber surfaces are cleansed using a mechanical oscillation unit. The powder removal unit has a line which contains and advancing member, e.g. a blower. A collection funnel is located after the powder removal opening.
