Abstract

The housing [TG] is box shaped and within it are various electrical/electronic devices [EK]. The base of the housing has a fan [LU] that draws in cool air and circulates it over the heat generating devices. The forced circulation passes into exit ducts [DO] at the side. When the outer temperature falls below a set level a heater element [HZ] can be activated.

Claims (7)

1. Haubenförmiges Gehäuse (TG) für elektrische Komponenten (EF, LP, TR) mit zumindest einer Luftöffnung (EIN, AUS), gekennzeichnet durch
  • a) einen steuerbaren Lüfter (LU) an der Luftöffnung (EIN, AUS),
  • b) eine steuerbare Heizvorrichtung (HZ), und
  • c) eine Temperaturüberwachungseinrichtung (TS), welche
    • 1. eine vorgebbare Maximaltemperatur (T+) im Gehäuse (TG) überwacht und den Lüfter (LU) für eine Zufuhr von Außenluft in das Gehäuse (TG) bei Überschrei­ tung einschaltet, und
    • 2. eine vorgebbare Minimaltemperatur (T-) iii Gehäuse (TG) überwacht und die Heizvorrichtung (HZ) bei Un­ terschreitung einschaltet.

  • a) a controllable fan (LU) at the air opening (ON, OFF),
  • b) a controllable heating device (HZ), and
  • c) a temperature monitoring device (TS), which
    • 1. monitors a predeterminable maximum temperature (T +) in the housing (TG) and switches on the fan (LU) for supplying outside air into the housing (TG) when exceeded, and
    • 2. monitors a predeterminable minimum temperature (T-) iii housing (TG) and switches on the heating device (HZ) if the temperature falls below.
