Claims (15)
eine Grundplatte (1), auf der wenigstens zwei parallel zueinander verlaufende lineare Gleitschienen (11) anliegen;
einen Arbeitstisch (2), der unten mit wenigstens zwei Gleitrillen (21) versehen ist, in denen die linearen Gleitschienen (11) beweglich sind, sodass eine der Arbeitstisch (2) gegenüber der Grundplatte (1) eine lineare Bewegung macht;
einen Grundrahmen (3), der aus einem Querträger (31) und zwei vertikalen Ständern (32, 33) besteht, wobei die vertikalen Ständer (32, 33) unten Endteilen (321, 331) aufweist, die parallel zueinander verlaufen und an beiden Seiten der Grundplatte (1) befestigt sind, und wobei die anderen Endteilen (322, 332) der vertikalen Ständer (32, 33) jeweils von Endflächen (323, 333) begrenzt sind, die beide mit je einer linearen Gleitschiene (324, 334) versehen sind, wobei der Querträger (31) an beiden Seiten mit je einer Gleitrille (311, 312) versehen ist, in denen die linearen Gleitschienen (324, 334) beweglich sind, sodass der Querträger (31) gegenüber den vertikalen Ständern (32, 33) eine lineare Bewegung in Richtung der Y-Achse macht;
ein Parallelgestänge (5), das aus einer Vielzahl von Vertikal-Vorschubeinrichtungen (51), die alle parallel mit einer Unterlage (54) drehbar verbunden sind, wobei sich die drei Vertikal-Vorschubeinrichtungen (51) an unterschiedlichen Stellen der Unterlage (54) befinden, sodass die Unterlage (54) eine zweidimensionale Drehbewegung macht, indem die Unterlage (54) von unterschiedlichen Vertikal-Vorschubeinrichtungen (51) angetrieben ist;
eine Verarbeitungseinheit (6), die an der unteren Fläche der Unterlage (54) gegenüber dem Arbeitstisch (2) angebracht ist;
ein Vorschubwerk (7), das dient dazu, den Querträger (32) und den Arbeitstisch (2) anzutreiben, die mit den Gleitrillen (311, 312, 21) versehen sind, wodurch die linearen Gleitschienen (11, 324, 334) in den Gleitrillen (21, 311, 312) eine lineare Bewegung machen; und
ein Steuereinheit (8), die dient dazu, die Bewegungen der Vertikal-Vorschubeinrichtungen (51) des Parallelgestänges (5) und der Vorschubwerk (7) zu steuern und miteinander zu koordinieren, damit die räumliche Position der Unterlage (54) veränderlich und somit die räumliche Position der Verarbeitungseinheit (6) gegenüber dem Arbeitstisch (2) steuerbar ist.1. 5-axis portal machine tool in parallel construction, which has at least:

a base frame ( 3 ) consisting of a cross member ( 31 ) and two vertical stands ( 32 , 33 ), the vertical stands ( 32 , 33 ) having bottom end parts ( 321 , 331 ) which are parallel to each other and on both sides of the base plate ( 1 ), and the other end parts ( 322 , 332 ) of the vertical stands ( 32 , 33 ) are each delimited by end faces ( 323 , 333 ), both of which are each provided with a linear slide rail ( 324 , 334 ) The cross member ( 31 ) is provided on both sides with a slide groove ( 311 , 312 ) in which the linear slide rails ( 324 , 334 ) are movable, so that the cross member ( 31 ) relative to the vertical stands ( 32 , 33 ) makes a linear movement in the direction of the Y axis;
a parallel linkage ( 5 ) consisting of a plurality of vertical feed devices ( 51 ), all of which are rotatably connected in parallel to a support ( 54 ), the three vertical feed devices ( 51 ) being located at different locations on the support ( 54 ) , so that the support ( 54 ) makes a two-dimensional rotary movement in that the support ( 54 ) is driven by different vertical feed devices ( 51 );
a processing unit ( 6 ) attached to the lower surface of the pad ( 54 ) opposite the work table ( 2 );
a feed mechanism ( 7 ) which serves to drive the cross member ( 32 ) and the work table ( 2 ), which are provided with the slide grooves ( 311 , 312 , 21 ), whereby the linear slide rails ( 11 , 324 , 334 ) in the Make sliding grooves ( 21 , 311 , 312 ) a linear movement; and
