Claims (2)

1. Vorrichtung zum unregelmäßigen Zuführen von Garn, umfassend:
eine Garnzufuhrvorrichtung (10), die mit einer Garneinlassplatte (11) versehen ist, die mit einer Vielzahl von Garnlöchern (13-13', 14-14') versehen ist;
einen Garnübertragungsradsatz (50), der von einem ersten Garnübertragungsrad (51) und einem zweiten Garnübertragungsrad (52) gebildet ist, wobei der Radsatz drehbar an einer Hauptwelle (21) der Garnzufuhrvorrichtung (10) befestigt ist, um drehbar mit dem Riemenrad (20) verbunden zu sein;
eine Garnführungsplatte (30), die mit einer Vielzahl von Haltelöchern (31- 31', 32-32') und Garnführungsschlitzen (33A-33B, 34A-34B) versehen ist und zwei Positionierlöcher (35, 35') aufweist; wobei die Garnführungsplatte durch zwei Bolzen (36, 36') sicher an dem Boden der Garnzufuhrvorrichtung befestigt ist; und
eine Spannungssteuerungseinheit (40), die von einer ersten Garnführungsvorrichtung (41) und einer zweiten Garnführungsvorrichtung (42) gebildet ist; wobei die Spannungssteuerungseinheit (40) durch Fixierbolzen an den Haltelöchern (31-31'; 32-32') befestigt ist, um sich an einer Seite des Garnübertragungsradsatzes (50) zu befinden; wobei sich ein Garnführungsarm (411) der ersten Garnführungsvorrichtung (41) weiter nach außen erstreckt als ein Garnführungsarm (421) der zweiten Garnführungsvorrichtung (42); wobei des Weiteren ein Biegeabschnitt (413) gebildet ist, so dass eine bevorzugte Beziehung zwischen dem ersten Garnführungsring (412) und einem zweiten Garnübertragungsrad (51) erhalten bzw. beibehalten wird, und eine bevorzugte Garnführungsbeziehung zwischen dem zweiten Garnführungsring (422) und dem zweiten Garnübertragungsrad (52) erhalten bzw. beibehalten wird;
wodurch eine unabhängige Spannungssteuerungseinrichtung von der ersten Garnführungsvorrichtung (41) und der zweiten Garnführungsvorrichtung (42) gebildet ist, und die Spannung des ersten Garnübertragungsrades (51) und des zweiten Garnübertragungsrades (52) eine Funktion eines automatischen Geschwindigkeitswechsels zum Sicherstellen des Gleichgewichts zwischen dem Bedarf und der Zufuhr von Garn ist.An apparatus for irregularly feeding yarn, comprising:
