Claims (4)

1. Schuh mit einer Belüftungsvorrichtung, die in einem Aufnahmemittel einer Einlegesohle (10) aufgenommen ist, aufweisend:
ein poröses Teil (2), das in dem Aufnahmemittel aufgenommen ist;
eine Eintrittsleitung (3), die ein mit dem porösen Teil (2) gekuppeltes Ende aufweist;
eine Austrittsleitung (4), die ein mit dem porösen Teil (2) gekuppeltes Ende aufweist;
ein erstes Sperrventil (51), das mit dem mit der Außen­ seite in Verbindung stehenden anderen Ende der Eintrittsleitung (3) verbunden ist; und
ein zweites Sperrventil (52), das mit dem mit der Außen­ seite in Verbindung stehenden anderen Ende der Austrittsleitung (4) verbunden ist;
wobei Luft aus dem porösen Teil (2) über die Eintritts­ leitung (3) und das zweite Sperrventil (52) nach außen abgeführt wird, wenn das poröse Teil (2) von dem Fuß zusammen­ gedrückt wird, und wobei Luft in das posöre Teil (2) über das erste Sperrventil (51) und die Eintrittsleitung (3) von außen eingeführt wird, wenn das poröse Teil (2) aus dem zusammen­ gedrückten Zustand in einen ursprünglichen Zustand zurückkehrt, wenn der Fuß die Kraftausübung auf dieses stoppt.1.
