Ultraschallgerät zur bakteriziden Behandlung von Wunden innerhalb von biologischen Körpern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch den Führungskanal eines in einen Hautschnitt eingesetzten Trokars (20, 21, 22) eine in einem mit einem Ultraschallgenerator verbundenen Handstück (1) befestigte Sonotrode (7) eingeführt wird, die mit einem Kanal (10) ausgestattet ist, durch den eine Behandlungsflüssigkeit wie Kochsalzlösung und gegebenenfalls heilmedizinische Mittel der Behandlungsfläche (9) des Sonotrodenkopfes (8) zugeführt werden.1.
