Claims (1)
der Rotor aus Ventilatorflügeln, einer Achse, einem Motorgehäuse und Magneten zusammengesetzt ist, wobei die Achse an zentraler Stelle in eine Unterseite der Ventilatorflügel gesteckt ist, das Motorgehäuse an einer peripheren Innenseite der Ventilatorflügel angebracht ist und die Magneten an einer Innenseite des Motorgehäuses befestigt sind;
der Stator einen isolierenden Rahmen, Siliziumplatten, eine Schaltungsplatine und Spulen aufweist, wobei die Siliziumplatten ringförmig horizontal außen am isolierenden Rahmen angebracht sind, die Spulen im isolierenden Rahmen montiert sind und die Schaltungsplatine sich unterhalb des isolierenden Rahmens befindet; und
sich in zentraler Position im Sitz eine Lagereinheit befindet, in dem die Achse durch ein dazwischen eingebautes Kugellager geführt wird, wobei sich unterhalb des Kugellagers eine ölgefüllte Kammer befindet, die in eine erste Kammer und eine darüberliegende zweite Kammer aufgeteilt ist, die Achse ein unteres Ende hat, das in die erste Kammer unter Verbleiben eines mit Schmieröl gefüllten Volumens hineinreicht, ferner ein Haltering an der Oberseite der ersten Kammer über die Achse gesteckt ist und eine die Achse umgebende Feder zwischen den Haltering und das Kugellager gelegt ist;
wobei das Kugellager durch die Feder und die ölgefüllte Kammer spielfrei im Lager gehalten wird.DC fan with ball bearing, comprising a rotor, a stator and a seat, characterized in that

the stator has an insulating frame, silicon plates, a circuit board and coils, the silicon plates being attached in a ring shape horizontally on the outside of the insulating frame, the coils being mounted in the insulating frame and the circuit board being located below the insulating frame; and
there is a bearing unit in a central position in the seat, in which the axle is guided through a ball bearing installed in between, with an oil-filled chamber underneath the ball bearing, which is divided into a first chamber and an overlying second chamber, the axle a lower end has, which extends into the first chamber with a volume filled with lubricating oil, a retaining ring is placed on the top of the first chamber over the axis and a spring surrounding the axis is placed between the retaining ring and the ball bearing;
the ball bearing is held in the bearing without play by the spring and the oil-filled chamber.
