Claims (1)

Selbstschneidendes Zylinderschraubimplantat mit mehrgängigem Gewinde (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß 1. die Schraubenwendeln (4) mehrfach (zwei-, drei- oder vierfach) angeordnet sind. 2. nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zylindrische Implantatkörper in den konischen Gewindeteil übergeht, der in eine Zentrierspitze (5) ausläuft. 3. nach Anspruch 1 und 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schraubenwendeln nur im Bereich des konischen Gewindeteils anliegen. 4. nach Anspruch 1, 2 und 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schraubenwendeln den Kernschaft ganz überdecken. 5. nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3 und 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schraubenwendeln leicht sägezahnförmigen Profilquerschnitt aufweisen, mit der Neigung zur Zentrierspitze (5). 6. nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3, 4 und 5 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übergang vom konischen zum rein zylindrischen Teil einen circulären Einstich (2) aufweist. 7. nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 und 6 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zylindrische Teil kanalartige Einfräsungen (1) aufweist im Drehsinn der Schraubenwendeln. 8. nach Anspruch 1-7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zylindrische Implantatanteil ein zentrales Gewindesackloch (6), beginnend mit einem Innensechskant (7) aufweist. 9. nach Anspruch 1-8 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der konische Teil und der zylindrische Teil verschiedenartig beschichtet werden können. 10. nach Anspruch 1-9 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Längsrillen im Gewindeteil parallel zur Achsrichtung eingefräst sind.
