Claims (19)

1. Fahrbares flexibles Lagerungssystem in der Art eines Rollstuhles mit Kantellverstellung und einer orthopädisch angepassten Sitzstruktur unter Benutzung eines flexiblen Spannbezuges, insbesondere für Behinderte mit schweren Skelettdeformierungen, die vielfach auch unter spastischen Beschwerden leiden und daher eine laufende Sitzanpassung, Stützung und speziellen Halt benötigen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Grundrahmen ein der Sitz- und Liegeposition anatomisch anpassbarer Spannrahmen (1) mit Spannbezug (3 bis 6) eingesetzt ist, der in einen Sitzbezug (3), eine flexible Beinschürze (6), eine anatomisch ausgeformte Gesäßstütze (4) und eine anatomisch ausgeformte Rückenlehnenbespannung (5) unterteilt ist, wobei die Rückenlehnenbespannung (5) und Gesäßstütze (4) zueinander verstellbar verbunden sind und dass die Rückenlehnenbespannung (5) am oberen Rückenlehnenbügel (1.2) und der Sitzbezug (3) seitlich im Sitzrahmen (1.1) eingespannt und die Beinschürze (6) am freie Ende an einem am Sitzrahmen (1.1) schwenkbar angelenktem Führungshebel (39) befestigt ist, und dass sich der Führungshebel (39) am Fahrwerkrahmen (2) elastisch abstützt und dass zur Einstellung der Sitzbreite eine vertikale Verschnürung (19) vorhanden ist und dass in der Rückenlehnenbespannung (5) entsprechend der Wirbelsäulendeformation des Behinderten orthopädisch ausgeformte Materialeinsätze in Form einer Gibbustasche (20) und/oder Abnäher (38) eingearbeitet sind und dass zur Unterstützung einer Derotation der Wirbelsäule und zur Einschränkung der Kippneigung eine Kreuzverspannung vorhanden ist, die einen Stützgurt (35), der auf der konvexen Seite der Skolose im vorderen Randbereich der Gesäßstütze (4) angebracht ist und diagonal hinter der Rückenlehnenbespannung (5) bis zum Rückenlehnenbügel (1.2) oberhalb des Kopfbereiches reicht und dass der Stützgurt (35) auf der konvexen Seite der Skolose den Torax unter Zug abstützt, und dass ein zweiter Stützgurt (36) auf der konkaven Skoloseseite aussen an der Rückenlehnenbespannung (5) in Höhe der Toraxpelotte (7") befestigt ist und hinter der Rückenlehnenbespannung (5) diagonal zum Rückenlehnenbügel (1.2) oberhalb des Kopfbereiches verläuft und dass an der Rückenlehnenbespannung (5) eine Kopfstütze (9) vorhanden ist und dass eine der Sitzform anpassungsfähige Lumbalstütz (21) vorgesehen ist, die mittels Spanngurte (22) mit dem Sitzrahmen (1.1) auf Zug verspannt ist.1.
