Claims (16)

Identifikationselement für Gegenstände, bei dem auf einem flächigen Träger mindestens ein Halb­ leiter-Chip mit Speicherfunktion mit einer auf dem Träger ausgebildeten Leitbahnstruktur und mindestens einem elektrochemischen Zellaufbau, als Elektroenergiespeicher verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitbahnstruk­ tur (4) als Antenne zur drahtlosen Informations­ übertragung aus/in den Halbleiter-Chip (2), der mindestens mit einem Sensor (7) verbunden oder in den mindestens ein Sensor zur Erfassung phy­ sikalischer Größen integriert ist, ausgebildet ist.1.
