Claims (24)
- a) einen Walzenkörper (1),
- b) Temperierkanäle (2) für ein Temperierfluid, die in dem Walzenkörper (1) nahe der Walzenkörperoberfläche verlaufen,
- c) Isoliervorrichtungen (4, 5; 4a, 5), die an einem Walzenkörperende in den Temperierkanälen (2) ausgebildet sind und Verschiebeeinsätze (5) aufweisen, die zur Schaffung einer variablen thermischen Randisolierung aus hinteren Positionen tiefer in die Temperierkanäle (2) bewegbar sind,
- d) und eine Verstelleinrichtung (10; 14-17; 10a, 21) für die Isoliervorrichtungen (4, 5; 4a, 5),
- a) die Isoliervorrichtungen (4, 5; 4a, 5) in den Temperierkanälen (2) in Längsrichtung der Temperierkanäle (2) längenveränderbar sind.
- a) a roller body ( 1 ),
- b) temperature control channels ( 2 ) for a temperature control fluid which run in the roller body ( 1 ) close to the surface of the roller body,
- c) Insulating devices ( 4 , 5 ; 4 a, 5 ), which are formed at one end of the roller body in the temperature control channels ( 2 ) and have shifting inserts ( 5 ) which create a variable thermal edge insulation from rear positions deeper into the temperature control channels ( 2 ) are movable,
- d) and an adjusting device ( 10 ; 14-17 ; 10 a, 21 ) for the insulating devices ( 4 , 5 ; 4 a, 5 ),
- a) the insulating devices ( 4 , 5 ; 4 a, 5 ) in the temperature control channels ( 2 ) in the longitudinal direction of the temperature control channels ( 2 ) are variable in length.
