Claims (10)

1. Vorrichtung zur Einbringung von empfindlichen, insbesondere gegen Scherung bzw. Knetung empfindlichen, Additiven in thermoplastisches Kunststoffmaterial, mit einer Plastifizierzone (48), in welcher eine in einem Gehäuse (7) gelagerte Plastifizierschnecke (8) zur Überführung des Kunststoffmateriales in den plastifizierten Zustand vorhanden ist, welche Plastifizierschnecke (8) das plastifizierte Kunststoffmaterial zu einem Schneckenabschnitt (20) einer Entspannungszone (49) fördert, in welcher zumindest ein Additiv dem plastifizierten Kunststoffmaterial über zumindest eine Leitung (24) zugeführt und mit dem plastifizierten Kunststoffmaterial mittels einer Schnecke (20) vermischt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Plastifizierzone (48) und der Entspannungszone (49) ein mit der Plastifizierschnecke (8) mitdrehender und das Kunststoffmaterial scherender Staukörper (14) in einer Stauzone (50) vorhanden ist, der den Strom des über ihn strömenden plastifizierten Kunststoffmateriales begrenzt, und dass, gesehen in Transportrichtung des Kunststoffmateriales, vor diesem Staukörper (14) zumindest ein Kanal (16) für plastifiziertes Kunststoffmaterial abzweigt, der den Staukörper (14) umgeht und nach der Mündungsstelle (29) der Leitung (24) für das Additiv in den Schneckenabschnitt (20) der Entspannungszone (49) oder in eine dahinterliegende Zone (31) mündet.1.
