The fastener (78) includes a head (82) and a shank (83) including a locking portion (86) in the fastener opening (74) and a threaded portion between (90) between the head and the locking portion, thus forming a space (94) to receive a cable. A locking member (98) at the end of the locking portion of the fastener enables locking of the fastener to the cable connecting unit (70).
