Claims (9)

1. Schraubverbindung für die Osteosynthese, insbesondere zur Befestigung einer Tibiakopfplatte (10), mit:
  • - einer Schraube (12), die in Längsrichtung einen im wesentli­ chen konischen Abschnitt (13) aufweist,
  • - einem Ring (14), dessen Außenfläche (50) eine sphärische oder Kugelsegmentform besitzt und der an einer Stelle offen oder durchtrennt ist,
  • - einem Implantat, insbesondere eine Tibiakopfplatte (10), das bzw. die zur Lagerung des Ringes (14) ein Lager in Form einer Bohrung (11) und eines darin befestigten Lagerringes (17) umfaßt, wobei die Innenfläche (53) des Lagerringes (17) eine zur Außenfläche (50) des Ringes (14) komplementäre Form aufweist, so daß der in dem Lagerring (17) angeordnete Ring (14) kugelgelenkartig bewegbar ist, wobei
  • - der Ring (14) durch den konischen Abschnitt (13) der Schraube (12) aufspreizbar ist, wodurch die Außenfläche (50) des Rings (14) gegen die Innenfläche (53) des Lagerrings (17) pressbar ist und damit die Winkelstellung (15) der Schraube zum Implantat festlegbar ist.
