Claims (4)

1. Kabelbaumstecker (1), insbesondere als planare Zweizellen- Grenzstromsonde, bestehend aus
  • - einem Gehäuse (2), nämlich einem Grundkörper (3) und Deckelelement (4), sowie
  • - einem Sensorelement (5) und einem mit dem Sensorelement verbunde­ nen Abgleichelement (6) mit mindestens einer Funktionsschicht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Deckelelement (4) durchsichtig ist, so dass ein Laserstrahl (L) das Deckelelement (4) durchdringen und eine Bearbeitung an dem Abgleichelement (6) erfolgen kann.
