Toothbrush ( 1 ) with a handle part ( 2 ) and a brush head ( 3 ) with bristles ( 11 ) arranged or attachable thereto, characterized in that a toothpaste dispenser is provided with at least one storage container ( 4 ) containing toothpaste ( 5 ), with at least one channel system ( 9 ) connecting the respective storage container ( 4 ) to the area of the brush head ( 3 ), and with at least one actuating device conveying the toothpaste ( 5 ) from the respective storage container ( 4 ) through the channel system ( 9 ) to the brush head ( 3 ).

2. Toothbrush ( 1 ) according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one bristle ( 11 ) is designed as a hollow bristle ( 10 ) continuing the channel system ( 9 ).
