Die Fixiervorrichtung soll bei der praktischen Anwendung der Medizintechnik aller Verfahren zum Einsatz kommen, bei denen über Schläuche das menschliche Blut in einem kontinuierlichen Prozeß aus dem Körper entnommen, außerhalb des Körpers medizinisch behandelt und dem Körper nach der Behandlung wieder zugeführt wird.The fixation device is intended to be used in the practical application of medical technology for all procedures in which human blood is removed from the body via tubes in a continuous process, medically treated outside the body and returned to the body after the treatment.
Zum gegenwärtigen Zeitpunkt werden bei den vorstehend beschriebenen Prozessen, insbesondere beim Dialyseprozeß, die Systemschläuche, die das Blut vom menschlichen Körper wegführen und diesem wieder zuführen mittels Heftpflaster an den menschlichen Extremitäten fixiert. Diese Fixierung ist notwendig, um zu verhindern, daß auf die Hohlnadeln eine Belastung durch Zug ausgeübt wird. Mit den Hohlnadeln werden die Vene bzw. die Arterie des Patienten punktiert, um einen kontinuierlichen Blutfluß außerhalb des Körpers zu realisieren. Die Fixierung an den Extremitäten ist notwendig, um den Patienten, insbesondere be mehrstündigen Behandlungsprozessen, ein möglichst hohes Maß an Bewegungsfreiheit zu gewähren. Bei Fixierung an feststehenden Objekten, z.B. den Behandlungsstühlen oder -betten wäre das nicht möglich. In der überwiegenden Anzahl der Fälle findet die Behandlung am Unterarm statt. In diesen Fällen werden dem Patienten üblicherweise die Systemschläuche zwischen Daumen und Zeigefinger des Behandlungsarmes gelegt und dort mit Heftpflaster fixiert. Bei dieser Verfahrensweise kommt es häufig zu Hautreizungen der Patienten. Patienten klagen auch über Störungen der Blutzirkulation in den Fingern, insbesonde re im Daumen, die sich in Gefühllosigkeit äußern. Durch die Zwangshaltung der Hand über einen längeren Behandlungszeitraum (4 Stunden und mehr) kommt es dort ebenfalls zu Ermüdungserscheinungen.At present, in the processes described above, particularly in the dialysis process, the system tubes that lead the blood away from the human body and return it to it are fixed to the human extremities using adhesive plaster.
