Description

In den Fig. 1 bis 5 ist eine Wimperntusche-Behälterstruktur gezeigt, die mit einem Blasgießprozeßschritt hergestellt wird. Die Behälterstruktur besitzt einen Behälterkörper 10, der hohl ist, wobei das obere Ende der Behälterstruktur hervorsteht, um ein Verschlußende 12 mit einem Gewinde 11 zum Verschrauben mit einem Deckelkörper zu bilden. Dieses wird normalerweise als Halsabschnitt der Flasche bezeichnet. Der gesamte Behälterstruktur-Herstellungsprozeß ist in Fig. 1 gezeigt. Im Herstellungsprozeß ist die Mitte der Herstellungsform 20 mit einer Kernstange 21 versehen, wobei ein Einspritzdurchlaß am Materialzuführungsende der Form 20 vorgesehen ist und ein Strömungverteilungssitz 22 mit einer daran montierten Strömungführungsvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, um das Einleiten unterschiedlicher Materialien in einer bestimmten Reihenfolge zu erleichtern, um laminierte Schichten unterschiedlicher Materialien auszubilden. Mit der ähnlichen Form 20 und der Kernstange 21 werden Materialien der Reihe nach ausgestoßen, um eine mehrschichtige Umhüllung zu schaffen.
