DESCRIPTION

The present description relates to a utility model application, the aim of which is to create a work glove with suitable properties to be used in any work operation, using split goat or cowhide leather, or goat or cowhide leather, for the manufacture of the work glove. At the same time, any model of glove known on the market can be manufactured according to claim 1 of the utility model, such as American gloves, welding gloves, gloves made of grained cowhide or goatskin, grained gloves with a cotton back, etc., the glove being formed starting from a template representing the rounded thumb without seams between it and its connection to the palm, thus creating a round thumb without seams at the connection to the palm, which allows an anatomical fit to the hand without tensions that could lead to tears that could compromise the durability and comfort of the glove.

The present invention finds application in the glove industry, in particular for the manufacture of work or safety gloves.

There are currently a variety of work gloves known, such as welding gloves, American gloves, gloves made of grained cow or goat leather, grained leather with a cotton back, etc.

It is known that large gloves or mittens with an integrated covering in the palm are made up of metal chains, with the aim of allowing the grip of metal parts from a high-temperature oven, these metal chains arranged on the palm prevent the heat from passing through the structure of the glove and burning the user.

The object of the present invention is to create a work glove that is very comfortable to wear and has a long service life. The object of the invention is achieved by a glove that is designed without seams between the thumb and the palm, whereby the thumb of the glove can adapt to the anatomy of the user's thumb without creating tension that could lead to the glove breaking, and a high level of comfort and convenience as well as a long service life or durability of the glove in question is achieved.

The work glove according to the invention is formed by the assembly of various parts, one of which has a shape that offers the possibility of forming the glove itself with a thumb without a seam, which brings an anatomical adaptation to the user's finger without generating stresses that lead to the breakage of the glove and a high level of comfort and convenience.

The work glove according to the invention consists in particular of a part made of cowhide or goatskin split leather or of any other leather, as well as of any commercially known glove model, which is cut to form the palm or the back of the hand and has a recess for externally covering the lower part of the thumb. This cut part also has a recess which later serves as a drawstring when putting on the glove in question, and two recesses on the opposite side which later serve in conjunction with suitable parts to form the cover for the index finger and the little finger. Circumference is attached to a complementary part which forms the cover of the back of the hand or the area in front of it, and is used to form the cover of the area in front of the index, ring, middle and little fingers, with three additional parts being used to cover the back of the middle and ring fingers and the upper area or back of the thumb.

Preferably, a body is attached to the lower part, which serves as a protective edge for the wrist and is made of the same material or of a different material such as plastic or similar, with a pulling effect emanating from the area corresponding to the back of the hand or the palm of the hand at the lower part.

Claims (1)

Work glove comprising two parts ( 2 , 8 ) which cover the front and back of the hand, respectively, the part ( 8 ) having features which cover the area of the front of the index finger, the ring finger, the middle finger and the little finger and which are attached to the part ( 2 ) and to corresponding features of the parts ( 6 ) and ( 7 ) covering the back of the middle finger and the ring finger, while the part ( 2 ) has features ( 4 ) and ( 5 ) which cover the back of the little finger and the index finger, the parts ( 2 ) and ( 8 ) as well as the additional parts being attached by seams, and the two parts ( 2 , 8 ) opening into a flap ( 10 ) in one area, the flap ( 10 ) having a transverse seam ( 11 ) and being designed as a The auxiliary part covering the user is made of the same or a different material, characterized in that the part ( 2 ) has a one-piece embossing ( 3 ) which covers the back of the thumb, while the front is covered by a part ( 9 ) sewn to the side parts of the embossing ( 3 ) and at the same time to the tab ( 10 ).
