Claims (3)

Flexible-Hochfrequenzthermotherapie-Sonde (EFHFS) zur monopolaren Therapie von Gallenwegeserkrankungen geführt durch ein medizinisches Endoskop, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sondeninstrumentarium durch den Arbeitskanal eines Endoskops geführt werden kann (5.1; 5.2) und in seiner Materialeigenschaft die erforderliche Elastizität und Biegsamkeit aufweist (3), das der nicht aktive Anteil der EFHFS mit einer elektrischen Isolierung versehen ist (3), die aktive Elektrode nicht elektrisch isoliert und mit Mikroperforationen (4, 4.1) zur Ermöglichung einer physiologischen Kochsalzperfusion über das in sich hohle Sondenlumen (4.3) gestaltet ist (1).1.Flexible high-frequency thermotherapy probe (EFHFS) for monopolar therapy of biliary tract diseases guided by a medical endoscope, characterized in that the probe instruments can be guided through the working channel of an endoscope ( 5.1 ; 5.2 ) and the material properties show the required elasticity and flexibility ( 3 ) that the inactive part of the EFHFS is provided with electrical insulation ( 3 ), the active electrode is not electrically insulated and designed with microperforations ( 4 , 4.1 ) to enable physiological saline perfusion via the hollow probe lumen ( 4.3 ) is ( 1 ). 2.
