Die Sprüh- und Ladestation ( Fig.1) dient dem Einsatz von Reinigungsflotte in der Oberflächensprühreinigung. Es ist ein Gerät welches mittels einer Sprühpistole (Fig. 1 Pos. 4) verbunden durch Druckschlauch mit dem Reinigungsflottenresevoir (Fig. 2 Pos. 2) oder über einen Drucksprüher (Fig. 1 Pos. 2 siehe hierzu auch Az.200 127.7) die Reinigungsflotte auf die Oberflächen appliziert. Über einen internen, elektrisch betriebenen, Kompressor (Fig. 2 Pos. 7) wird das Luftreservoir (Fig. 2 Pos. 2) mit Druckluft versorgt. Über eine Schlauchverbindung zum Luftreservoir erfolgt ein Ausgleich zum Reinigungsflottenreservoir (Fig. 2 Pos. 13) das Reinigungsflottenreservoir wird über die mit O-Ring abgedichtete Füllschraube (Fig.1 + 2 Pos. 12) mit Reinigungsflotte befüllt. Das Gerät arbeitet mit 220 V Wechselstrom. Das Kabel hat eine federgespannte Aufrollung (Fig. 2 Pos. 8). Die Versorgung des Kompressors mit 12 V Gleichstrom erfolgt über eine Spule mit Gleichrichter (Fig. 2 Pos. 4+6) Der auf dem Systemträger (Fig. 2 Pos. 9) angebrachte Lader (Fig.1+ 2 Pos. 1) wird über den Ventiltaster (Fig.1 Pos. 7) mit Druckluft versorgt. Der Systemträger steckt in einem Gehäuse (Fig. 1 Pos.3) und ruht auf dem Systemboden (Fig. 1+2 Pos. 10) und wird mit einer Schraube (Fig. 1 +2 Pos. 11) fixiert.The spray and charging station (Fig. 1) is used for the use of cleaning fluid in surface spray cleaning. A hose connection to the air reservoir equalizes the level with the cleaning fluid reservoir (Fig. 2 Item 13). The cleaning fluid reservoir is filled with cleaning fluid via the fill screw (Fig. 1 + 2 Item 12) which is sealed with an O-ring. The device operates on 220 V alternating current. The cable has a spring-loaded reel (Fig. 2 Pos. 8). The compressor is supplied with 12 V direct current via a coil with a rectifier (Fig. 2 Pos. 4+6). The charger (Fig. 1+ 2 Pos. 1) attached to the system carrier (Fig. 2 Pos. 9) is supplied with compressed air via the valve button (Fig. 1 Pos. 7). The system carrier is in a housing (Fig. 1 Pos. 3) and rests on the system base (Fig. 1+2 Pos. 10) and is fixed with a screw (Fig. 1 +2 Pos. 11).

Claims

1. Spraying and charging station ( Fig. 1), characterized in that the device is used to spray cleaning fluid for surface cleaning.

2. Spraying and charging station, characterized in that the spray gun ( Fig. 1 Pos. 4) and the charger ( Fig. 1 Pos. 2) can be supplied independently of one another.
