Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine einfache und preisgünstige Befestigung für ein oder mehrere Solarpaneele vorzuschlagen.The object of the invention is to propose a simple and inexpensive fastening for one or more solar panels.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Die erfindungsgemäße Befestigung weist einen Rahmen auf, der das Solarpaneel an seinen Rändern umschließt. Der Rahmen ist zwar vorzugsweise durchgehend und das Solarpaneel an allen Rändern umschließend ausgebildet. Grundsätzlich ist es ausreichend, wenn der Rahmen an zwei einander abgewandten Rändern des Solarpaneels ausgebildet ist. Zwischen dem Rahmen und den Rändern des Solarpaneels besteht ein Zwischenraum, in dem ein Halteelement aus einem elastischen Material, d. h. vorzugsweise aus Gummi oder einem elastischen Kunststoff, angeordnet ist. Das aus elastischem Material bestehende Halteelement hält das Solarpaneel schwingungs- und vibrationsdämpfend im Rahmen. Hinzu kommt der Vorteil, dass der Zwischenraum zwischen den Rändern des Solarpaneels und dem Rahmen und das in diesem Zwischenraum angeordnete Halteelement aus elastischem Material einen Toleranzausgleich ermöglichen. Ausgeglichen werden sowohl Herstellungstoleranzen der Größe des Solärpaneels und des Rahmens als auch beispielsweise temperaturbedingte, insbesondere unterschiedliche Größenänderungen des Solarpaneels und des Rahmens. Ein durchgehend ausgebildeter, das Solarpaneel umschließender Rahmen und ein ununterbrochen durchgehendes Halteelement haben den zusätzlichen Vorteil, dass sie das Solarpaneel wasserdicht im Rahmen halten. Die in Figur 1 dargestellte erfindungsgemäße Befestigung 10 für Solarpaneele 12 weist einen gitterförmigen Rahmen 14 aus einander kreuzenden Flachstählen auf. Der Rahmen 14 kann in einer Ebene angeordnet sein. Er kann beispielsweise auch tonnenförmig gewölbt sein. Der gitterförmige Rahmen 14 weist Öffnungen auf, in denen die Solarpaneele 12 angeordnet sind. In eine der Nuten 18 greift eine Solarpaneel 12 mit seinem Rand ein, in die andere Nut 20 greift der aus den Flachstählen bestehende Rahmen 14 ein.Auf diese Weise sind die Solarpaneele 12 elastisch, vibrations- und stoßgedämpft in dem gitterartigem Rahmen 14 gehalten. Da die Halteelemente 16 durchgehend ausgebildet sind, dichten sie die Solarpaneele 12 im Rahmen 14 wasserdicht ab. Die erfindungsgemäße Befestigung 10 für Solarpaneele 12 lässt sich dadurch beispielsweise als Dach, als Regen-, Wind- und Sonnenschutz verwenden.
