Claims (3)

1. Fahrradvordergabel- und Steuerkopfrohrmontageeinrichtung gekennzeichnet durch:
eine Vordergabel (1) mit einem oberen Gabelrohr (11) sowie einer ringför­ migen Lagerschale (12), die sich am unteren Ende des Gabelrohres (11) befindet, wobei die ringförmige Lagerschale (12) einen nach innen ge­ krümmten Querschnitt besitzt,
ein erstes Kugellager (4), welches auf der ringförmigen Lagerschale (12) der Vordergabel (1) das Gabelrohr (11) umgreifend montiert ist,
ein Steuerkopfrohr (2), welches das Gabelrohr (11) der Vordergabel (1) umgreift und sich auf dem Kugellager (4) an der Lagerschale (12) der Vor­ dergabel (1) abstützt, wobei das Steuerkopfrohr (2) einen ersten schalen­ förmigen Endflansch (21) besitzt, der vom unteren Ende ausgeht und sich auf dem ersten Kugellager (4) an der Lagerschale (12) der Vordergabel (1) abstützt, während ein zweiter schalenförmiger Endflansch (21) am oberen Ende des Steuerkopfrohres (2) ausgebildet ist,
ein zweites Kugellager (4), welches an dem zweiten schalenförmigen End­ flansch (21) des Steuerkopfrohres (2) montiert ist und das obere Gabelrohr (11) der Vordergabel (1) umgreift,
einen Positionierring (3), der sich auf dem zweiten Kugellager (4) abstützt, wobei der Positionierring (3) eine sich in Axialrichtung erstreckende abge­ stufte Mittelöffnung (31) besitzt und ein Innengewinde (311) um die Mittel­ öffnung (31) ausgebildet ist, während ein konischer unterer Positionierteil (33) in den Innendurchmesser des zweiten Kugellagers (4) eingreift,
eine gespaltene Gewindekappe (5), die in das Innengewinde (311) des Po­ sitionierringes (3), das Gabelrohr (11) der Vordergabel (1) umgreifend, ein­ geschraubt ist, wobei die gespaltene Gewindekappe (5) eine quer verlau­ fende Gewindebohrung (51) trägt, welche den Spalt übergreift, und eine in­ nere Ringnut (53) die Innenwand umläuft,
eine Positionierschraube (8), die in die quer verlaufende Gewindebohrung (51) der Gewindekappe (5) eingeschraubt ist und den Spalt der Gewinde­ kappe (5) übergreift sowie
einen Gummiring (7), der in der innen umlaufenden Ringnut (53) montiert ist und in Kontakt mit der Peripherie des Gabelrohres (11) der Vordergabel (1) steht.1. Bicycle front fork and steering head tube mounting device characterized by :
