1. Automatically closing backflow flap ( 1 ), which is equipped with a counterweight ( 4 ) connected via a lever and a floating body ( 3 ) offset by approx. 90 degrees and connected with a lever.
The floating body ( 3 ) and the counterweight ( 4 ) are rigidly connected to the sealing flap ( 14 ) via a shaft.
The inlet ( 11 ) and outlet ( 7 ) are provided from DN 100 .
The pressure line connection ( 13 ) for the pump ( 2 ) is provided with an internal thread (from 1 1/4 ") in the inspection cover.
2. The automatic backflow protection for waste water is characterized in that the backflow flap described under 1. is equipped in connection with at least one waste water pump including control and switching ( 2 ).
The system is installed in a closed container ( 5 ) in the basement area.
Outside, the system can be installed in an inspection shaft or pump shaft ( 5 ).
For sewage containing faeces, cutting wheel pumps ( 2 ) in Ex version are used.
In the tank or shaft ( 5 ), an opening in the sewage pipe with a drainage channel ( 6 ) ensures that the sewage rises when there is a backflow.
A ball valve ( 8 ) or a flap ( 8 ) and a gate valve ( 9 ) are part of the automatic backflow protection for waste water in the pressure line ( 10 ).
Further possible uses of the backflow flap described under 1. (such as assembly without a pump) are part of this invention.
