Claims (6)

Device for removing the already separated and floating on the continuous phase liquid dispersed phase on a light liquid separator with a separating tank, a collecting tank for the dispersed phase and a drain pipe for this, characterized in that the drain pipe ( 8 ) in which up to the inlet area ( 10 ) which extends on the dispersed phase ( 2 ) floating on the continuous phase ( 1 ) has at least one inlet opening which is covered by a material with oleophilic and hydrophobic properties which, as a result of capillary action, allows only the dispersed phase to pass through. 2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the material a fleece or a cotton wool from a long-chain organic polymer is oleophilic and hydrophobic properties. 3. Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the drain pipe ( 8 ) is perforated in the inlet area ( 11 ). 4. The device according to claim 3, characterized in that the cover in the form of a perforation ( 11 ) covering sleeve ( 12 ) is formed for example from a nonwoven. 5. Device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the collecting container ( 3 ) is arranged below the level of the continuous phase ( 1 ). 6. Device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the collecting container ( 3 ) is arranged within the separating container.
