Claims (1)

1. Vorgespanntes Rohr für Spann-Garnitur, die eine größere Weite von Garnituren auch bei schlechteren Untergründe ermöglicht. Eine neue Spanntechnik die kein neues Gewinde im Rohr braucht wenn der Träger versetzt werden muß und somit die bestellte Länge des Rohrs verändert werden muß.
Im Rohr ist auf beiden Enden ein Gewinde (1) eingeschnitten (innen oder außen). In das Rohr wird eine Stange (2) eingeschoben, die etwas kürzer ist als das Rohr. Durch Gewindestifte (3) die auf beiden Enden des Rohres eingeschraubt werden, wird durch den Widerstand der Innenstange (4) das Rohr auseinander gezogen und somit wird das Rohr in sich vorgespannt.
Bei der neuen Spanntechnik wird nach dem Träger (1) über das Rohr eine Hülse (2) die ein Außengewinde (3) hat, geschoben. Die Hülse ist auf der nach außen zeigende Seite mit einer Einkerbung (4) versehen. Das Rohr wird nach der Hülse zusammen gedrückt (5) und abgeschnitten (6). Ein Spannteil (7) mit der gleichen Gewindegröße wird über die Hülse geschraubt. Das zusammengedrückte Rohr (5) wird durch das weitere drehen des Spannteils, in die Einkerbung der Hülse gedrückt und verhindert, daß das Rohr nicht durch die Hülse rutscht und somit durch weiteres drehen des Spannteils ein spannen des Rohrs möglich ist. Das verhindern des durchrutschens kann auch durch ein anderes Teil verhindert werden, das nach der Hülse angebracht wird.1. The compressed tube ( 5 ) is pressed into the notch of the sleeve by the further rotation of the tensioning part and prevents the tube from slipping through the sleeve and thus tensioning the tube is possible by further rotation of the tensioning part.
