Description
The invention relates to a method for producing a lumpy, free-flowing, conditioned, storable and transportable material, whereby Waste and adsorptive and / or absorptive substances in the form of Lignite products and / or additives and / or processing aids are mixed together, and a use of the manufactured conditioned product.
In processes for the preparation of industrial pasty residues or Sludges are processed or used depending on the intended Purpose of disposal of the mixes to be made different additives in the form of carrier materials, additives and processing aids for Conditioning of this waste is used. Here are for the attainable Conditioning effect not only the type and amount of additions of Interest, but also the implemented process steps, especially the Order of addition of the additives, the temperature control and that Extent of shear stress and residence time of the mixture in the Processing units.
Dieses Vorgemisch wird aufwendig in einer Prallmühle zerkleinert, wobei der Energieeintrag hoch ist.DE 195 29 441 A1 describes a process for producing a free-flowing material Fuel known in which combustible industrial residues in liquid or pasty form to an adsorbable, likewise combustible carrier. Hard coal, Lignite or coke is used. This premix is complex in one Impact grinder crushed, whereby the energy input is high.
In a method known from DE 29 35 103 A1, liquid or pasty industrial residues on a granular, also flammable, powdered carrier with a particle size <1 mm bound. There with This process primarily uses organic fibers as drying and Detackifying agents are used, only a small proportion industrial residues. In addition, that is not in the published patent application described processing of these fibers very costly.
According to DE 40 11 400 A1, a method is known in which Liquids, sludges and pastes by adding cellulose-containing Materials are treated in such a way that a free-flowing or plastic Product is created. The fibers also become very complex, subjected to costly crushing and digestion processes.
Work processes and municipal wastewater, with coal dust in one Grain size of 30-120 µm and possibly ash conditioned and in one second elaborate step under the drainage in chamber filter presses Use of the scaffold formed by the coal dust is carried out.
Another method of processing coal tar into one Recyclable product is known from DE 44 18 295 A1. Doing so the coal tar is first thickened and then placed in a mixing chest Add fiber or waste paper in a ratio of 75% coal tar and 25% waste paper, stirred for about an hour, or the coal tar Before the complex stirring process, about 25% by weight of CaO were added.
The use of a powdered preparation is also known Fuel for dust combustion systems according to DE 29 42 638 A1, which Mineral oils, highly viscous or solid substances similar to mineral oils between 40 and 70% and contains auxiliary substances such as anti-caking agents, brown coal or wood flour and by the hydration of CaO in the previously homogeneously pre-distributed mixture arises. The aim of this invention was to remove only the constituents of the powder Preparation, but not to disclose the process for its preparation, which is undoubtedly the main focus for maintaining the powdered preparation described.
In addition, a method of making a fuel is out Tar-containing residues of the thermal lignite refining known where the residues are mixed with brown coal ash. The Mixture is added in a ratio of 1:10 to the boiler coal in the power plant and burned by direct injection using a dust burner.
DE 36 06 704 A1 describes a process for the production of high calorie cheap industrial fuels with simultaneous disposal of industrial and / or municipal sewage sludge, these sludge with organic Carbon carriers mixed, mechanically pre-dewatered and with stone and / or medium-sized brown coal are ground in a mill.
Heating oil can be added to the mixture to improve combustibility become.
The main shortcomings of the methods mentioned are the complex ones Crushing and digestion processes for the pretreatment of the carrier materials, additional stages of the subsequent comminution of the resulting mixture, elaborate steps for dewatering or elaborate stirring processes Homogenization of the mixture or reveal even at high Proportions of waste in the resulting mixture not the Processing steps, which reduces the effect of pulverizing the mixture must be questioned. At the same time takes place in the above Patents do not disclose whether the preparations obtained are storable and transportable over long periods of time without the Losing flow. This is where the invention comes in.
A method for recycling liquid or viscous is known special industrial waste, in which this waste in connection with fine-particle, solid, adsorbable organic carriers as a homogeneous mixture in the form of a mono or additional fuel an industrial combustion process be fed. The manufacturing process of the fuel is not under Protection. A simple mixture of liquid or viscous industrial waste with finely divided, solid organic After extensive experience, carriers do not lead to stable, free-flowing, granular products.
In addition, there is a process for producing a granular, free-flowing Fuel using combustible industrial residues in liquid or tar-shaped form known, in which the residues to one adsorbable, also combustible carrier are bound. As Hard coal, lignite or coke is used as a carrier is made as homogeneous as possible premix, which the first coarse-grained carrier and between 5-50 wt .-% of contains industrial residues. The mixture is then in a Hammer mill given for crushing.
Process parameters for the actual manufacturing process of The process does not call fuel mixtures. Also for the production of the No pre-mixed information is given.
Ultimately, is a process for the treatment of liquids, slurries and pastes for transfer into a free-flowing or plastic material known (DE 40 11 400 A1), in which these substances organic fibers be added. The organic fibers are previously a special, repeated crushing process, whereby after a Cell structure demolition should highlight a matting tendency that is important for the emerging material is. The processing procedure described by Fibers to increase the absorbency when adding additives very complex. The process is one-step.
The invention has for its object a method for processing high-viscosity waste using adsorptive and / or absorptive acting substances, in which the production of a lumpy, free-flowing, conditioned material by varying the processing parameters with the proviso that the required waste is appropriate realize specific energy input and the necessary dwell time, creating a conditioned, usable, storable and transportable product arises. The invention is also based on the object of use to show the material produced by the process.
According to the invention, these tasks are solved by claims 1 and 15.
The invention will be described in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment are explained. The accompanying drawing shows the process scheme in Cut.
In this case 1, the waste to be treated 1 and the candidate adsorptive and / or absorptive acting substances 2 and 3 are shown in Fig. 3 and 4 analyzes according to claims material and in one, the use of the produced therefrom product dimensions required according to claims 12 and 14 proportionately homogenized in the first mixing stage 5 .
The determination of the required size and the type of substances is done by means of mathematical estimation of the mixture composition based on the analysis data of the waste and substances according to claims 5, 3 and 4 and knowing the course of reactions and the required Temperature control during the processing process.
Depending on the consistency of the waste and the intended use, processing and / or coating agents 4 according to claim 7 are expediently added in a second mixing stage 6 in order to improve the processability of the mixture and, if appropriate, to adjust the product properties. The final assembly of the product produced to the required grain size according to claim 9 is carried out according to claim 8 by the choice of suitable mesh sizes and movable bodies or internals in the discharge area lined with sieve baskets of the unit 7 downstream of the mixing units. Larger agglomerates are destroyed and the discharge openings are cleaned at the same time. The homogenization of the product with regard to the product temperature and the degree of reaction takes place by setting a specific product rearrangement and the required product speed in the process step according to claim 11. In the case of recycling the product according to claim 15a, to avoid additional investments, it is useful to align the product to be manufactured to the requirements of the combustor, ie according to the quality characteristics of the respective standard fuel. The method step is described in claim 13. In contrast to known methods for processing waste according to claim 5, product qualities similar to the standard fuel were surprisingly achieved by processing conditions which were above 100 ° C. and are described in claim 10. Components that become volatile and emitted dust particles can be easily extracted from the processing units and processed using known technologies.
The resulting wastewater and dust are added to the processing process in the cycle again. Surprisingly, for the majority of the waste products processed according to claim 5, sufficiently good product properties could be achieved by the statements formulated in claim 6 regarding the intensity of the mixing process. The conditioned product produced can be stored and can be transported in silo vehicles 8 without additional effort.

Die so erhaltene Mischung hat einen Körnungsbereich von 0,1 bis 3 mm mit einem Hauptpartikelbereich von 0,3 bis 2,5 mm und eine Schütt dichte von 0,6 g/cm3.1000 g of acid resin-bleaching earth mixture with an apparent viscosity of 5000 Pas are at a shear rate of 100 s -1 , a temperature of 40 ° C and a humidity of 25% by weight with 300 g of power plant residues (brown coal filter ash from a power plant, which is supplied with brown coal from Central Germany) of the first stage at a speed of 100 rpm for 3 minutes, the ratio between the convective and deformative parts of the mixing process being 1.5. The mixture was then homogenized in the second mixing stage after the addition of 6% by weight of montan wax, based on the total mixture, for 2 minutes at an initial speed of 60 rpm and then of 30 rpm, the temperature being in the final phase the homogenization process was between 50 and 70 ° C. The heating value of the end product was 9.7 MJ / kg. The mixture thus obtained has a grain size range of 0.1 to 3 mm with a main particle range of 0.3 to 2.5 mm and a bulk density of 0.6 g / cm 3 .
50 s -1 and an initial temperature of 20 ° C with 600 kg of white lime and 250 kg of water on a test facility / mixed in accordance with Fig. 1 in the first stage at a speed of 60 rpm for 2 minutes. The mixture was also in the second mixing stage for 2 minutes at 60 rpm. mixed. The material to be mixed was homogenized in the downstream rotary kiln cooling unit (DRK) for approx. 45 minutes, during which the drum of the DRK, which is equipped with circulating elements, was moved for approx. 1 minute after 5 minutes of standstill with a changing direction of rotation, so that a local temperature development does not lead to the formation of embers in the mix. In the discharge area of the DRK there are sieve baskets through which the mix ripples due to the movement of the drum and a rolling movement of spherical bodies.
