Claims (4)

1. Verfahren zur Verteilung von Kino-Programmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Kino-Programme digital, komprimiert und verschlüsselt gespeichert und übertragen werden,
dass für die Verschlüsselung der Programmbeiträge in Echtzeit starke kryptographische Verfahren mit symmetrischen Schlüsseln verwendet werden,
dass die Übertragung der symmetrischen Schlüssel mit starken kryptographischen Verfahren unter Verwendung asymmetrischer Schlüssel gesichert wird,
dass die Erzeugung und Ausgabe der Schlüssel, die Ausstellung und Authentifizierung der Zertifikate treuhänderisch verwaltet werden,
dass die Programmbeiträge für eine eindeutige Separierung durch eine Anfangs- und Endekennung gekennzeichnet werden, und
dass die Zertifikate für die Filmaufführung personenbezogen und/oder bezogen auf die Abspieleinheit ausgestellt werden.
