Der Schaft 1 wird mit Knochenzement im Oberschenkelknochen 11 verankert. Ebenso wird die künstliche Gelenkpfanne 10 mit Knochenzement 12 in der knöchernen Pfanne 13 verankert. Diese bekannte zweiteilige Endoprothese erlaubt es, mittels einer individuellen Positionierung des insbesondere abgewinkelten Halses 2 gegenüber dem Schaft 1 den Neigungswinkel des Halses 2 in Bezug auf eine Mittel-Längs-Achse einzustellen. Die Verbindung zwischen dem Schaft und dem Hals erfolgt bei der bekannten zweiteiligen Endoprothese mittels eines Klemmkonusses. Aufgrund der an dem Hals auftretenden hohen Dreh-, Kipp- und Biegemomente kann es jedoch zu einem unbeabsichtigten Verdrehen des Halses relativ zum Schaft kommen, so daß dieser in einer ungewünschten Position fixiert wird.
