Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung liegt auf dem Anwendungsgebiet der Kleinantriebe mit Radialfeld-Folien wicklung wie zum Beispiel Festplattenantriebe oder Servoantriebe, bei denen es auf eine besondere Laufruhe, eine hohe Drehmomentendichte oder einen hohen Wirkungsgrad ankommt.The invention is in the field of small drives with radial field foils winding such as hard disk drives or servo drives, where there is a particularly smooth running, high torque density or high efficiency arrives.

Fig. 1 zeigt die Layouts der Abwicklungen der Ankerwicklungen 1 bis 6. Hierbei repräsen tierien die Layouts 1-2, 3-4, und 5-6 die drei Stränge einer dreiphasigen Wicklung. Jeder Strang besteht aus einer doppelseitig mit Kupfer beschichteten flexiblen Folie mit den Innenseiten 1, 3, 5, und den Außenseiten 2, 4, 6. Neu ist hier, daß im Fußbereich der Folienwicklungen Aussparungen 12, sowie Verbindungsbahnen 10 vorgesehen sind. Fig. 2 zeigt schematisch wie diese Aussparungen und Verbindungen nach dem Biegen der Stränge in die zylindrische Form arrangiert sein können. Nämlich so, daß mittels einer Leiterplatte (PCB) (7), welche in die Aussparungen 12 greift eine Kontaktierung der Inneren und äußeren Stränge ermöglicht. Um dieses in der dargestellten Weise zu erreichen, sind die in Umfangsrichtung verlaufenden Verbindungslinien 8 nötig. Auf dem PCB können nun auch die Kontakte heraus geführt werden (8), und Verschaltungen 9 vorgenommen werden (hier: Sternpunkt). Fig. 1 shows the layout of developments of the armature coils 1 to 6. Fig. 3 zeigt ein solches PCB maßstäblich. In Fig. 4 ist explosionsartig der zylindrische Folienanker bestehen aus den Wicklungen 1. . .6, sowie das darin herein greifende PCB 7 dargestellt. Das PCB wird mittels einer Haltevorrichtung 13 fixiert. Die endgültige Kon taktierung erfolgt nun über Kehllötungen 14 realisiert, wie in der Gesamtansicht eines Luftspulenmotors mit Folienwicklung in Fig. 5 gezeigt. FIG. 3 shows such a PCB scale.
