Abstract

Four-phase products and their production and use are claimed, phase 1 being of conventional oils, phase 2 of lipophilic components which are incompatible with phases 1 and 4 and which have specific wt. below 1, phase 3 of water and hydrophilic solvents such as propylene glycol or glycerol and phase 4 of lipophiles which are incompatible with phases 1 and 2 and which are of specific wt. above 1. The ratio phases 1 : 2 : 3 : 4 is 1 ; 0.001-1 : 0.001-10 : 0-1. The specified phase compositions are as follows : phase 1 - up to 100% oil components, 0-100% fat-soluble dyes, 0-100% fat-soluble actives and 0-100% preservatives; phase 2 - up to 100% components which are immiscible with phases 1 and 4 and 0-100% fat-soluble dyes; phase 3 - up to 100% water, 0-100% hydrophilic solvents, 0-100% water-soluble actives, 0-100% water-soluble dyes and 0-100% preservatives; and phase 4 - up to 100% components which are immiscible with phases 1 and 2 and 0-100% actives. NB. There are no claims relating specifically to production or use of the compositions.

Description

Stand der TechnikState of the art

Soluble drugs are determined by their structure either hy drophil or lipophilic. So far it is common and sufficient, Products with 2 phases, a fat phase and a water phase, to equip any soluble active ingredient in a product to be able to give it. It does not matter if the two Phases discretely stacked and thus organoleptic distinguishable or ver together by emulsifiers are mixed. To give greater latitude in the combination of Wirk already have 3-phase emulsion products ent wraps. The presence of 3 phases is in this product form optically imperceptible to the user.

Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention

If you could combine 3 or more phases in one product and make it visually comprehensible for the user, you would have the following advantages in one product:

  • 1. Attraktivere optische Produkterscheinung1. More attractive optical product appearance
  • 2. Kombination nicht kombinierbarer Stoffe in verschiedenen Phasen2. Combination of non-combinable substances in different phases
  • 3. Depoteffekte3. Custodian effects
  • 4. Schutzeffekte4. Protective effects
  • 5. Andere Wirk- und Penetrations-Kinetik5. Other activity and penetration kinetics
Umsetzung des ErfindungszielesImplementation of the goal of the invention

Since all raw materials are initially subdividable only in lipophilic and hydrophilic are, the goal of our invention seemed unattainable. Only that Offer of novel raw materials that are used in the formulation work of conventional products cause problems and incompatibilities show usual resources, pointed the way to the solution of the problem.

So sind es dann unter anderen
Fluorierte Verbindungen (Fluorether, Perfluordekalin etc.)
Silikonderivate (Cyclomethicon, Dimethicon etc.)
Silikonderivatphase: Schutzkomponenten
So it is among others
Fluorinated compounds (fluoroether, perfluorodecalin, etc.)
Silicone derivatives (cyclomethicone, dimethicone etc.)
consisting of a fatty phase consisting of
Wax star and / or
Paraffin oils and / or
Separate vegetable oils, etc., settle on the basis of specific gravity and form together with a water phase 3 and more phases that can be combined in one product offered. By using Nernst's law and the resulting solubility of dyes in the individual phases, these can be stained well and distinctly. In the different phases, it is possible to integrate the active substances which are preferably soluble there:
Water phase: water-soluble active ingredients
Fat phase: fat-soluble active ingredients
Perfluorinated phase: gases such as oxygen, nitrogen
Silicone derivative phase: protective components
