Abstract
Verwendung einer Salzlösung in einer Konzentration von 7,5% bis 30% mit Kochsalz als überwiegendem wirksamen Bestandteil für ein Influsionsmittel zur Durchspülung von Zahnfleischtaschen für die Behandlung von Parodontose.use a saline solution in a concentration of 7.5% to 30% with saline as predominant effective ingredient for an inflation agent for purging of periodontal pockets for the treatment of periodontal disease.
Description
The Application relates to the use of a saline solution Inflation agent for purging of periodontal pockets according to the claims.
The Means reduces the biological pollution, and removes plaque on the teeth and Surface on artificial Dentition largely. As an inflation agent pus and damaged cells are rendered harmless and removed, and thus combat periodontal disease.
Zahnstein in einem Stadium, in dem er noch mit organischer Masse durchsetzt ist, wird durch die osmotische Wirkung locker und ist damit leichter zu entfernen.tartar at a stage where he still intersperses with organic matter is loosened by the osmotic effect and is thus easier to remove.
According to the invention as Active substance saline in such a concentration and dosage form used in the osmotic effect on organic pollution and harmful bacteria as well as already damaged or rejected Epithelial cells come to bear but are not damaging to the healthy tissue of the mouth works. Furthermore should be the total oral incorporation of saline by the application no over which contribute to health Values are rising.
Known is saline as an additive to oral and dental care products, but not in a concentration over 1.5% salinity, from which a significant difference in the osmotic Pressure between bacteria and tissue cells and oral and dental care products consists.
The bactericidal Effect of common salt is known from traditional preservation methods. It is also known that common salt in concentrated aqueous solution harmful acts, but is harmless in medium concentration for a shorter time, because cells in the healthy cell network are trimmed for saltwater resistance are.
Also is from Solbädern The healing effects of osmotic stimulation of skin metabolism are known. A corresponding healing effect is also to be assumed for the mouth area.
To the Test for compatibility and effectiveness becomes an aqueous one solution bound by common salt with a gel.
- • Using a gel with a concentration of 7.5% salinity, the following tests are carried out: - The gel is applied between the palate and palate plate with a previously worn, non-cleaned palate plate and worn for five minutes. The microscopic examination shows that prior to treatment, the white coating on the palate, gums and on the palate plate consists of chunks of more brick-like layered epithelial cells. After treatment, these epithelial lumps have shrunk. Their adhesion to the palate, gums and palate has been reduced so much that they can be removed with rinsing and gentle brushing. - With the gel, the teeth are brushed in the usual way. Even without the usual abrasive products in dentifrices, the plaque is removed very well with a soft brush. In case of periodontal disease, the gum pockets colonized with malignant bacteria are treated with gel inflation and, in addition, the usual dental care is carried out with the gel. Inflation treatment stops pus development in the periodontal pockets.
- • In another test, periodontal pockets are treated with a 20% saline gel concentration gel and rinsed with a 4% saline gel after 10 minutes of inflation.
- • The effect of different concentration gel is also tested on extracted periodontal and tartar teeth.
According to the invention is a saline solution in a concentration of 7.5% to 30% with saline as predominant effective ingredient for an inflation agent for purging of periodontal pockets for used the treatment of periodontal disease.
In an advantageous composition contains the inflation and the Oral and dental care a pharmaceutically acceptable or acceptable Carrier, the water, ethanol, a humectant, a gelling agent, a Gel stabilizer, a surface active Substance, an approved colorant, or a flavoring agent is.
In a further advantageous composition is an addition of essential oils and plant extracts. In order to their healing power becomes additional used. Furthermore Salivation is stimulated and thereby the absorption of common salt the healthy tissue is reduced.
In Another advantageous composition is natural cooking salt used with origin-specific admixtures, in particular such Saline, to which special healing power is attributed.
