Uadelilneal : ; : .- ■ - : Die KunststoffIndustrie bietet seit einiger Zeit Wandbeläge an, die ähnlich einer Tapete angeklebt werden, wobei die Stosskanten jedoch an der land überlappt geschnitten werden. Da es sieh, meist um verhältnismässig elastische, gleichzeitig aber sehr glatte Stoffe handelt, ist ihre Terarbeitung sehr schwierig. Tor allem das Schneiden der Haht ist beinahe unmöglich, da das Material sieh nachzieht oder wegrutscht. Mit einem normalen Lineal ist das Sehneiden nicht möglich, da schon bei geringem seitlichen Druck das Material abgleitet. Hier zeigt sich der Torteil des neuen ladeliineals, an dessen Torderkante ladein derart befestigt sind, dass sie beide Bahnen dicht an der Schnittkante durchstechen und sie so gleichzeitig fixieren. Durch eine leichte Längswölbung des Linealkörpers erreicht man einen gleichmässigen Anpressdruck über die ganze Länge. Ein der Schneidkante entlang gezogenes Messer bzw. ein Bähtschneider hat dadurch eine sichere Führung und einen sauberen Schnitt. Die durch die Sadeln erzeugten Eindrücke sind sehr klein und versehwinden rasch wieder. Der Griff ist schräg angesetzt, damit die Arbeitshand ohne Behinderung passieren kann.
