Description

Bisherige Be- und Entwässerungsrohre aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff sind stranggegossen. Sie haben eine glatte Außenmantelfläche. Zur Verbindung solcher Rohre miteinander sind besondere Muffenverbindungen erforderlich. Die Erfindung geht von der Aufgabe aus, Be- und Entwässerungsrohre zu schaffen, die einfach herzustellen sind und eine solche Raumform aufweisen, dass sie für verschiedenartigste Anwendungen geeignet sind. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird für ein Be- und Entwässerungsrohr aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass es als Blaskörper ausgebildet ist, der seine Formgebung ausgehend von einem erhitzten Schlauch aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff in einer Blasform erhalten hat. Das Blasen von Rohren macht es möglich, dass dieses nach einem weiteren erfindungsgemäßen Merkmal an seinen beiden Enden mit beim Blasen erhaltenen Schraubgewinden versehen ist. Dadurch können in einfacher Weise die Rohre ohne Anwendung besonderer Dichtungen aneinander geschraubt werden. Weiterhin ist es nunmehr möglich, dass die Rohre in dem Bereich zwischen dem mit Schraubgewinden versehenen Enden mit beim Blasen erhaltenen Versteifungsrillen versehen sind, die entweder radial umlaufend oder diagonal verlaufend oder in Kombination beider vorgenannten Raumformen vorhanden sind.The invention is based on the task of creating irrigation and drainage pipes that are easy to manufacture and have such a spatial shape that they are suitable for a wide variety of applications. Nach einem weiteren erfindungsgemäßen Merkmal wird vorgeschlagen, dass die im Blasverfahren hergestellten Rohre in ihren Wandungen zahlreiche Durchbrechungen aufweisen, die erhalten sind aus nach außen weisenden, ausgeblasenen hohlzylindrischen Warzen, deren Köpfe abgeschnitten sind. Diese Art der Herstellung von Durchbrechungen hat den Vorteil, dass die ausgeblasenen Warzen in großer Anzahl und an vielen möglichen Bereichen des Rohrumfanges vorhanden sein könne, wobei jedoch unter Berücksichtigung des besonderen Verwendungszweckes eine Auswahl der abzuschneidenden Warzenköpfe bezüglich ihrer Anzahl und Raumanordnung vorgenommen werden kann. Soll das Rohr als Bewässerungsrohr Anwendung finden, dann werden Warzen im Bereich des unteren Bereiches des Rohres abgeschnitten. Sofern das Rohr als Entwässerungsrohr Anwendung finden soll, dann werden Warzen im oberen Bereich des Rohres weggeschnitten. Um einen geringen Materialverbrauch zu haben, wird nach einem weiteren erfindungsgemäßen Merkmal vorgeschlagen, dass das Rohr aus einem Schaumkunststoff besteht, der seine Formgebung ausgehend von einem erhitzten Schlauch aus Schaumkunststoff in einer Blasform erhalten hat. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass dem erhitzten und flüssigen Kunststoff Stickstoff oder Stickstoff erzeugende Materialien unter intensiver Durchmischung zugegeben werden. Dadurch wird der Schaumkunststoff gebildet. Aufgeblasen wird somit ein thermoplastischer erhitzter Schlauch aus Schaumkunststoff.
