Abstract
Description
Laufbüchsen mit schwalbenschwanzförmiger/n Haltenuten (oder
funktional gleichwertigen Nutenformen) verhindern, daß bei Zylin
derkurbelgehäusen aus Leichtmetalllegierungen durch die unter
schiedlichen Ausdehnungskoeffizienten (bezogen auf Büchse, Umguß)
ein Ablösen des Umgusses erfolgt. Dadurch wird folgendes möglich:

der aus der angeschnittenen Schwalbenschwanznut gebildet
wird, gehalten.
Die Zylinderkopfdichtung im Zwickelbereich der Zylinderbohrun gen liegt zum größten Teil auf den Büchsen und nicht auf dem Blockmaterial auf. Dadurch ist sichergestellt, daß trotz der verminderten Wärmeabfuhr zwischen den Zylindern ein Ein drücken der Dichtungssicke in den weicheren Kurbelgehäusewerk stoff vermieden wird.2.
