Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for fixing a Batch of a patient in a magnetic resonance antenna several straps.
Magnetic resonance examinations of partial areas of a pa Patients are often designed for the special application tete magnetic resonance antennas used. It is for the Imaging and for their quality, which is characterized by a high Si Characterized signal-to-noise ratio and low artifacts is, of great importance, the patient optimally relative to positionie to the antenna and also relative to the table ren, especially when firmly arranged on the table Antennas (e.g. antennas built into the table) for illustration of the lot should be used. Possibly must also have an exact storage regarding further antennas used. Besides, it is often because of the long examination time required, the patient comfort to store tabel. Furthermore, undesirable patients movements are minimized by adequate fixation. Such patient movements can otherwise, if during the measurement sequence, lead to image artifacts that a Complicate diagnosis or even make it impossible. Through the Fixation may also become flexible parts of the loca antennas molded onto the patient's body, creating the fill factor is improved and thus the best possible signal Noise ratio is achieved.
So far, the problem described above has become general by means of individual, loose straps and upholstery as well as a table markings released. The operating personnel must do the parts individually attach to the patient and the local antenna. Doing so first the patient by means of markings on the table and if necessary located in or on the table Antennas positioned. Local antennas on the patient come to rest, are practically attached to the patient "by eye" arranges. After the patient is in the correct position and location brought to the table and possibly the local antenna used belt straps are placed over the patient and with the mounting options arranged at the edge of the bed bound. This procedure is cumbersome, time consuming, prone to errors and does not meet the requirements for the use of particularly flexible coils on Fixie aids are provided.
In addition, it is used in peripheral angiography lower extremities extremely important to the patient in defi position on the table and to the type used position. You can also lie firmly on the bed Table antennas used for illustration become. This is done relative to the crotch (inner leg base) of the patient. The positioning of a corresponding loca The antenna is also done with regard to the step, but then is covered after application of the peripheral angio coil.
The invention is based on the object, a simple to handling device for fixing a batch of a pa to specify in a magnetic resonance antenna.
The object is achieved in that the straps by means of Connection parts are combined to form a belt assembly. The easier handling is an advantage. The operating staff need not first several individual fixation aids and separately on the table and then on the patient attach.
For better positioning, includes one of the connecting parts a first mark. The marking allows an exact re producible positioning of the patient on the connector manure part, e.g. B. the marker defines the position of the The patient's steps in positioning to the exam vascular system of the lower extremities.
An additional mark on the side of one of the verbin manure parts enables the operating personnel to determine the position of the Position the steps properly, even if the patient is already stored on the table and the local antenna was placed on the patient and thus the step itself is covered.
A particularly advantageous embodiment is characterized by making a cushion over second fasteners is detachably connected to the connecting part. By the one The handling of the belt bandage and upholstery is further simplified.
Further advantageous embodiments are through the Unteran sayings marked.
An embodiment of the invention will follow hand explained a figure.
The figure shows a perspective view of a patient couch 2 for a diagnostic magnetic resonance device, on which a patient can be placed for examination. Antennas for reception, possibly also for transmitting magnetic resonance signals, are built into the patient couch, for example a spinal antenna array (not shown). A Vorrich device for fixing a portion of a patient, here the lower extremities, in a local antenna (not shown) comprises several - here four - straps 6 . The belt straps 6 are oriented at right angles and essentially symmetrically to an axis of symmetry 8 of the patient couch 2 . At the ends of the straps 6 connecting elements 10 , z. B. Velcro fasteners or quick-release buckles, is brought to fasten the strap ends together or to fasten the strap ends to the local antennae, not shown. In the contact area of the belt straps 6 on the patient couch 2 , the belt straps 6 are combined to form a belt assembly 13 via connecting parts 12 . The connecting parts 12 and the straps 6 are made of the same material, for. B. from a plastic or cotton fabric.
A mark 14 in the form of a triangular cutout made on one of the connecting parts 12 (on the left in the figure) in the connecting element 12 specifies the correct position of the step of a patient for a peripheral angiography recording. At the same height as the first marking 14 (illustrated by the dashed line 16 ), a second marking 18 is made on each side. Due to the fixed reference of the second marking 18 to the first marking 14 , the position of a characteristic anatomical location in the longitudinal direction can be seen, even if the marking 14 itself is covered.
On the sides of the connecting part 12 , fastening parts 20 are additionally attached, for fastening the device on the patient bed 2 .
To attach a cushion 22 in a predetermined position to the belt assembly 13 , a rectangular cutout 24 is incorporated in a connecting part 12 (in the figure on the right), in which a correspondingly raised part 25 of the cushion can interlock positively.
The cushion 22 is provided as a soft foam part for the convenient positioning of the lower leg. For the defined positioning of the cushion 22 together with the belt bandage 13 on the patient couch 2, a right-angled recess (depression) 26 is introduced in the patient couch 2 , in which a correspondingly raised counterpart 28 can be introduced in a form-fitting manner. On its upper side, the cushion 22 also has a groove 30 aligned in the longitudinal direction of the patient couch. The groove 30 additionally defines, with a shaped element 31, the position of a local antenna to be placed on the body part to be examined, which is in itself freely movable in the magnetic resonance device and which could otherwise be freely positioned in the longitudinal and transverse directions of the patient couch 2 . For example, the examination position for a bilateral peripheral angiography local antenna is predetermined by the groove 30 . Thus, the Polster 22 can perform several functions: In addition to the comfortable positioning of the body part to be examined, the local antenna is at the same time relative to the patient couch 2 , and thus optimal in relation to the fixed (built-in) antenna there, and to the body part to be examined and, if necessary to other antennas used, positioned.
