Abstract
Üblicherweise kommen bei Zaunmontage Winkel oder Einbohrwinkel, sog. Flechtzaunhalter zum Einsatz. Diese Befestigungsmethode stört die optische Wirkung, speziell bei hochwertigen Zaunanlagen und zudem sind diese einfachen Halterungen bei schweren Zäunen aus statischen Gründen nicht zu empfehlen. Der neuartige Befestigungsbeschlag soll beide Probleme lösen. DOLLAR A Es handelt sich dabei um einen zweistückigen Beschlag. Beschlagsteile 1 weisen starre Auskragungen auf. Typ A hat eine lange Auskragung, Typ B eine wesentlich kürzere. Typ A wird an eine Seite des Zaunelements montiert, Typ B an die gegenüberliegende Seite. Durch die solide Beschlagsausführung und die starke Beankerung von Pfosten und Zaunelement ist eine robuste und dauerhafte Befestigung gewährleistet. Der neuartige Zaunbeschlag bietet zudem den Vorteil, daß die Zaunteile (Pfosten und Zaunelemente) zur schnelleren Montage an der Baustelle schon vorher mit den Beschlagsteilen versehen werden können.These optical and static problems are solved with the invention. Sind die Pfosten gesetzt, wird das Zaunelement nur noch zwischen zwei Pfosten seitlich so eingefügt, daß die längeren Auskragungen der Beschlagsteile 1 (Typ A) der einen Zaunseite in die Aussparung der Beschlagsteile 2 an den Pfosten eingeführt werden. Dies geschieht bis zum Anschlag, so daß das Zaunelement zwischen die Pfosten eingeschwenkt werden kann. Die Beschlagsteile 1 mit den kurzen Auskragungen (Typ B) machen dies möglich. Sodann werden auch die Beschlagsteile dieser Seite zusammengeführt. In diesem Zustand ist das Zaunfeld angehoben, so daß es durch Abstandsvermittlung zwischen den Pfosten ausgerichtet werden kann. Kleinere Maßtoleranzen, wie sie üblicherweise bei der Zaunmontage auftreten, werden dadurch problemlos aufgefangen. Ist dies geschehen, wird das Zaunfeld abgesenkt und rastet durch sein Gewicht selbsttätig in die Beschläge ein. In diesem Zustand ist die Verbindung zwischen Zaunpfosten und Zaunfeld jederzeit ohne Werkzeug auf einfache Art lösbar und damit immer wieder montier- und demontierbar. Dies ist bei kurzfristigen Zaunanlagen (z. B. Straßencafés, Biergärten, Baustellen usw.) von Vorteil. Bei Dauerzaunanlagen und bei Schutzzäunen ist es notwendig, daß eine Sicherung eingebaut wird, die diese Demontierbarkeit sperrt. Dies geschieht mit der in Patentanspruch 4 beschriebenen Abdeckung, die gleichzeitig als Sicherungssplint wirkt.
