Das erfindungsgemäße Instrument besteht aus einem Halter 1 mit einem Handgriff 14. Am vorderen Ende des Halters 1 ist ein Abstützelement 4, hier als Platte dargestellt, angeformt, an welchem wiederum ein umlaufender Flansch 5 sitzt. Der Flansch 5 faßt einen Saugkörper 7 ein, der zentriert auf einem im Halter 1 längsverschieblich gelagerten Dorn 8 sitzt. Der Dorn 8 ist mittels eines Schiebers 11 in einem Längsschlitz 12 im Halter 1 längsverschieblich angeordnet. Hierbei ist der Dorn 8 durch eine im Inneren des Halters 1 sitzenden Feder 10 federkraftbelastet, und zwar dergestalt, daß der Dorn 8 mit dem Saugkörper 7 in die zurückgezogene Stellung, wie in Fig. 1 dargestellt, also in den "Ladezustand" des Instrumentes gebracht werden kann unter Kompression der Feder 10. Der Schieber 11 wird in diesem Ladezustand des Instrumentes 1 im Längsschlitz 12 arretiert, und zwar wie in Fig. 5 in der gestrichelten Position dargestellt. Der Dorn wird also nach Erreichen der gespannten Lage des Dorns 8 aus dem Längsschlitz 12 ausgerückt. Betätigt nun der Operateur den Schieber 11 dergestalt, daß der Schieber 11 sich wieder längs des Längsschlitzes 12 bewegen kann, so schnellt der Dorn und der daran befestigte Saugkörper 7 in die entspannte Lage unter Entspannung der Feder 10.The instrument according to the invention consists of a holder 1 with a handle 14 . Here, the mandrel 8 is spring-loaded by a person sitting in the interior of the holder 1 spring 10, namely such that the mandrel 8 with the absorbent body 7 in the retracted position as shown in FIG. 1, that is in the "state of charge" made of the instrument can be under compression of the spring 10 . The slide 11 is locked in this state of charge of the instrument 1 in the longitudinal slot 12 , as shown in Fig. 5 in the dashed position. The mandrel is thus disengaged from the longitudinal slot 12 after reaching the tensioned position of the mandrel 8 . If the operator now actuates the slide 11 in such a way that the slide 11 can again move along the longitudinal slot 12 , the mandrel and the suction body 7 attached to it snap into the relaxed position with relaxation of the spring 10 .

In Fig. 3 ist die Situation dargestellt, nachdem der Operateur den Schieber 11 durch einfaches Drücken wieder in den Längsschlitz 12 gebracht hat, woraufhin sich die Feder 10 entspannt und den Saugkörper in den Hohlraum 9 des Inlays 2 drückt. Hierbei wird die Restluft im Hohlraum des Inlays verdrängt und ein (relatives) Vakuum zwischen Inlay 2 und Saugkörper 7 erzeugt.
