Abstract
Description
Ozone generators based on the principle of converting oxygen into ozone in the Barrier glow discharge based are well known and found in many areas of the world Agriculture, science and technology and environmental protection industries a wide application.
The results of recent years enable the production of handy and powerful ozone generators with high values of the specific characteristics. So draw z. B. the ozone generators from "Wedeco" through the voluminous device output of 700-2000 g O 3 / cubic meter and 800-2000 g O 3 / square meter with the surface that the device occupies. The ozone concentration in the oxygen at the outlet reaches 80-290 g O 3 / cubic meter.
The ozone generators, which were designed in accordance with utility model No. 297 06 104.6, are even more efficient. Specific values for this are 3000-10000 g O 3 / cubic meter for voluminous device output and 6000-10000 g O 3 / square meter for the floor space used. At the same time, the existing ozone generators present quite complicated devices which contain glass / or ceramics / for creating the barrier discharge as well as the devices for the electrode cooling, which involve large-scale series production, e.g. B. with the help of robotic assembly assembly lines practically impossible. Only the ozone generators, which were designed in accordance with utility model No. 297 06 104.6, whose barrier insulation is created using a dielectric liquid that also serves to cool the electrodes, open up the possibility of developing such a design, which uses the process for automatic assembly line assembly and manufacture of optimal module designs, from which the ozone generators with specified characteristics could be assembled. The aim of the offered invention is the manufacturing experience and the construction of the modulozone generator "Ozonizer-III", which solve the task of mass production of ozone generators by industrial methods.
Sie zeigen:The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings. They show:

In Fig. 1, A has made of light, low-melting cast metals such. B. made of aluminum alloys / 1 / two internal sprues with thread and screws / 14 /, on the basis of which a dielectric / made by pressing or casting / plastic basket / 2 / is attached. This basket contains a container / 3 /, which is produced by stamping from a bimetallic sheet (copper inside and stainless steel outside) or a solid metal sheet that is resistant to the action of the ozone-oxygen (or ozone-air) medium in the glow discharge . A high-voltage electrode / 4 / is positioned in this container and is placed on the insulators / 5 /. Electrically conductive pin / 6 / through insulator / 7 / is connected to electrode / 4 /. In the lid / 8 / of the basket / 3 /, which is made of an aluminum alloy, there are two tubes through which the dielectric liquid is fed in and out / arrow "M" /. The hermetic container closure / 3 / is ensured by the screws / 9 / and the seal / 10 / which is resistant to the dielectric liquid. For this purpose two insert nut are in the tank / 2 / pressed / 11 /. On the bottom of the container / 1 / is attached a plate / 12 / with the thickness "a", made of a material, by means of a good heat-conducting adhesive (or by soldering as well as by another method which ensures good thermal contact and mechanical strength) which has good electrical conductivity - in the perpendicular direction to the plate surface and a low conductivity / insulator / in all other directions that run parallel to the plate. The slot "p" between the plate and the container bottom / 3 /, in which the glow discharge occurs, is provided with the seal / 13 /, which is made of an ozone-resistant material, e.g. B. Teflon is produced. The basket / 2 / has the nozzle / 15 / through which oxygen / air is supplied through openings / 20 / (see Fig. 1, B) into the slot between the plate / 12 / and the tank bottom / 3 /. The cooling water is supplied to the connector / 16 / the housing / 1 / from the side of the outlet connector / 15 / from which the mixture of ozone-oxygen or ozone-air is supplied to the consumer. The cooling water escapes through the socket / 16 / according to the arrow "K". The cover of the housing / 1 / is attached using the screws / 17 / and the hermetic seal is ensured by the seal / 18 /. The ozone generator works as follows: The cleaned and dried air or oxygen get into the nozzle / 16 / and further through the openings / 20 / in the slot "b". By switching on the high voltage at the electrode / 4 /, the electrical capacitance generated by the capacitor (from plates 23 and 24 ) and the dielectric liquid (see Fig. I, C.) At the bottom of the container / 3 / result in high potential generated. Since the housing / 1 / is grounded and has a zero potential, the electric field is created in the slot, which initiates the glow discharge in it and thus leads to ozone formation. The channels / 21 / in the basket / 2 / provide the required electrical strength between the container / 3 / and the housing / 1 /. The partitions / 22 / prevent the oxygen (air) flow from going past the glow discharge zone. The bottom of the housing / 1 / has cooling fins / 25 / so that the cooling is more effective.
Z. robotisieren lassen. The method contains as can be derived from the description and from the drawings no parts and units for the manufacture and construction of the ozone generator Casting, punching or using lathe or milling machines could not be produced. Manual work is only required in the final assembly process, including this Processes z. Z. Have it robotized.
