Abstract

Additional aeration of material to be composted, is carried out by thrusting aeration pipes into it. The pipes pass preferably through the outer walls of the chambers. Description

Das Konglomerat, dessen Herstellung im Hauptpatent be­ schrieben ist, wird in Rottekammern mit ca. 50-70 m3 Inhalt, die an den Außenwänden innen einer Halle angeord­ net sind, eingetragen. Die Rottekammern werden von einer torähnlichen Vorrichtung abgeschlossen. Oben schließt die Kammer vorzugsweise eine Folie dicht ab. Innerhalb der Kammer oben, an der Außenwand, ist ein horizontales Ab­ zugsrohr angeordnet, das durch alle Kammern an der Außen­ wand verläuft und mit Klappen versehen ist, die bei of­ fener Kammer geschlossen werden. In der Außenwand der Halle und somit auch der Kammern sind Löcher angeordnet, durch die von außen Belüftungsrohre in das Material ein­ geschoben werden, die in Abständen mit Löchern und vorn mit einer Spitze versehen sind. Die Belüftungsrohre wer­ den mit hohem Druck beaufschlagt, wodurch sich die Luft explosionsartig im Material ausbreitet. Da der Sauer­ stoffverbrauch im Material hoch ist, wird kontinuierlich oder diskontinuierlich mit schwachem Druck Luft weiter zugeführt. Die Temperatur steigt nun auf ca. 75°C an. Auf dieser Höhe sollte sie zur Hygenisierung einige Zeit verbleiben. Die Belüftungsrohre werden nach außen­ gezogen und das Material in eine leere Kammer nebenan umgesetzt. Dieses Verfahren wiederholt sich, bis zu ei­ nem gewissen Trocknungsgrad. Wichtig ist aber nur, daß eine Hygenisierung erreicht ist, denn eine Nachtrock­ nung mit Abwärme ist vorm Brikettieren und Vergasen in einer Trocknungsschnecke möglich. Das Material wird dem weiteren Verarbeitungsgang, wie im Hauptpatent beschrie­ ben, zugeführt. Im Oberteil der Kammer entsteht keinerlei Druck, da das Abzugsrohr mit leichtem Unterdruck gefahren wird und die abgezogenen Gase und Dämpfe über einen Kompostfilter, an die Außenluft abgegeben werden.The conglomerate, the production of which is described in the main patent, is entered in rotting chambers with a content of approx. 50-70 m 3 , which are arranged on the outer walls inside a hall.
