Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the rotor for a wind turbine.
With wind electrical systems are already available today the technological level of development, the performance classes and acceptable energy production costs environmentally friendly and economical converter systems are available. That is undoubtedly Utilization of wind power for energy generation as one of the un consumable energy resources without release of any kind of pollutants and without harmful effects on the Kli ma accepted.
Despite the undeniable success of the wind power industry in the Disillusionment has occurred in recent years. Compared to the Most wind turbines have been growing lately Resistance from citizens' initiatives and environmentalists. The Wi the stand is directed against the appearance, d. H. on the concrete appearance and the operating noise of the wind turbine gene.
The noise development on the rotor blades and on the gearbox residents find it an unreasonable nuisance. The rotor one Wind turbine forms a sharp, as in the landscape inappropriate accent. It is hard, pointed tapering, dazzling white or light gray radial shapes. The drop shadow resulting from the movement of the rotor becomes depending on the sun, to the annoyance as soon as he beard building falls.
From a climate and energy policy perspective, however, long-term does not forego this environmentally friendly use of energy become. Well-engineered systems with optimized flow technology Rotors in an aesthetically pleasing design could do that Wide range of use in Germany, especially in low wind regions significantly expand and acceptance of such systems through increase the population significantly.
However, the prerequisite is the development of innovative rotor blades ter that better stability behavior, lower Verfor high efficiency in a wide range of operations and have greatly reduced noise. The biggest Noise sources on the rotor are: turbulence noise, trailing edge noise and leaf tip noise. The aeroacoustic and flow technology cal optimization require that the rotor blade shape individually adapted to the respective size and to the design speed (adapted) must be.
Although a lot of experience in aircraft construction with Ro rotor development are the rotor leaves still too robust and therefore too heavy and too built expensive. They also take conventional rotors into account sheet shapes the different sizes and flow rate Ratios far too little. So with today's wind power basically no difference between the small, fast running rotors and the big, slowly rotating ro goals. They are largely geometrically similar.
The object underlying the invention is through Combination of form and functional elements an aesthetic attractive rotor shape with simultaneous aeroacoustic and aerodynamic optimization, greatly reduced noise radiation and increase in profitability len. The design of the rotor should always be harmonious a smooth, flowing sequence of movements that increase acceptance of the viewer increases.
To solve this problem, a rotor is proposed with the invention, which is provided with
A central midsection that rotates horizontally axis of the rotor is arranged and with
- - mehreren von dem Mittelteil in radialer Richtung aus gehen den Rotorblättern, vorzugsweise drei Rotorblättern.- Several go from the central part in the radial direction the rotor blades, preferably three rotor blades.
The rotor according to the invention consists of a central part and the Rotor blades. The rotor blades are in one shape inside and one outside end and two side rims which is defined and rigidly or rotatably mounted with the medium partly connected. The rotor blade has a central axis in the blade lengthways, running between the center and the outer edge the area swept by the rotor.
The rotor blade according to the invention has an airfoil profile on. The geometry is determined by a middle rotor blade longitudinal axis and a rotor blade skeleton line that is equidistant to the transverse and longitudinal contour lines run.
The central axis of the rotor blade is straight or curved cut together. The central axis is a combination of arches and possibly a straight section, the curvature can be concave and / or convex. Depending on the con structural specifications, especially speed and rotor diameter ser, the blade longitudinal axis to the respective flow conditions conditions are adapted. The optimal shape of the rotor blade For the first time, it is dependent on size and speed.
The rotor blades have their largest pulp on the middle section te. The rotor blades and the middle part form a unit and can the wind field within the area swept by the rotor full use. The usual hub design and constriction of the rotor blades to the hub is eliminated. By the Exploiting the inside of the rotor improves the rotor lead performance factor.
Due to the curved design of the rotor blade he there is a greater extension of the rotor blade than in the conventional rotor blade, the central axis between the hub and the Au the outer edge of the rotor surface is always linear. Greater stretch, d. H. larger span for a given rotor diameter it lowers air resistance and improves efficiency.
Turbulence around the rotor is known to devour you Much of the available energy and produce unwanted Sounds. The whistling noises are particularly annoying Leaf ends.
The individually adapted to the size and speed (Adapted) design of the longitudinal axis of the rotor blade reduces the Noise generation and the high-frequency separation phenomena on Leaf end. Through the varied, continuous to the outer edge decreasing sheet width and due to the curved rear sheet edge there is a temporally staggered eddy separation of the air flow. Because the vertebrae are smaller and partially open ben, there is significantly less noise and Reduction of the sound pressure.
The cause lies in the formation of many small, opposing ones annoying and interfering turbulence caused by the rotor blade geometry necessarily radially against each other leads.
This effect is amplified if the rotor longitudinal axis in total velvety curved. So the trailing edge is in the Ab winding much shorter than the leading edge of the sheet. It results a convex leading edge of the sheet.
Amazingly, it also reduces noise is sufficient if the rear edge of the rotor blade is longer than the leading edge of the sheet. Instead of being the focusing effect in this case the detachments are spread out over time sets and forms a broad but weaker turbulence field. The result also leads to noise reduction and there with an increase in efficiency.
Furthermore, the blade width decreasing towards the outer edge of the rotor causes along with the effect of the greater stretch, a dimple formation of secondary vertebrae and reduces the induced resistance.
Interestingly, the turbulence behavior and the noise development on the rotor blade can basically be divided into two effective zones. Based on the radius of the surface swept by the rotor, an inner surface A i is formed , the radius R i of which extends from the rotor axis to preferably 0.75.R rotor and a second swept annular outer surface A a . The radius R a = (R rotor - R i ) results from the distance running from the edge of the inner surface to the edge of the full rotor surface.
For all sizes of the rotor blade, a curved, Formation of the outer leaf area a significant reduction Whistling noises can be achieved. The phenomenon occurs regardless of whether the curvature of the sheet leading edge is convex or concave.
An additional reduction in the whistling noise can be achieved by the Arrangement of so-called diffusers can be achieved. On the back Edge strip of the rotor blade designed as a wing profile Small bumps are arranged around the air flow on the rounded wing top after the um blow of laminar in turbulent by additional turbu derived diffuse. The air flows so much quieter, the sound pressure is reduced. Preferably should the arrangement of the knobs in the leaf end zone are provided, because there the highest peripheral speeds and high-frequency Detachments occur.
Another option is to use the diffuse effect To increase airflow by using the knobs on the rear edge strips lenticular, diamond-shaped or groove-shaped in indentations are provided as linear structural elements.
There is an advantage of the increasingly diffuse air flow due to the reduced vibration of the rotor blade and by avoiding infrasound. The adverse changes effects between mast and continuous rotor blade can are largely reduced by the use of the diffusers.
Another variant for influencing operational noise development and whistling becomes possible by the tip the rotor blade, preferably 10 to 25% of the rotor blade length, can be pivoted. This shortens the rotor radius and the speed of the tip of the blade decreases. That changes changed flow behavior also reduces noise lung.
The adaptation of the rotor radius to prevailing wind speeds The range of work of the wind turbine in the Normal operation.
In extreme wind conditions, swiveling the Leafing reduces the rotor area and the Si security can be improved.
The optical tracking of the blade tip increases for the Be trachten the impression of a harmonious movement.
Im einzelnen zeigtExemplary embodiments of the Invention explained in more detail. In detail shows

In Fig. 1, a wind turbine 22 is shown, which consists of egg nem 23 and a rotatably mounted rotor 21 at the upper end. The rotor has an axis of rotation 10 which is fixedly connected to the central part of the rotor 1 . Three rotor blades 2 extend from the central part 1 , each offset by 120 °. The rotor blade 2 has a longitudinal axis 7 , which can be divided into two sections: the inner axle section 14 , which preferably extends from the central part 1 to 0.75 R and forms the inner rotational surface 8 , and the outer axle section 12 between 0, 75 R up to the full rotor radius R, with which the external rotation surface 9 results.
The rotor blades 2 have the greatest width at the central part 1 . The inner leaf end 6 is designed as a 120 ° angle. The three rotor blades 2 and the central part 1 form a unit. The attachment can be fixed or rotatable. This construction enables optimal use of the flow field in the entire area swept by the rotor 21 .
Depending on the size of the wind turbine, the entire longitudinal axis 7 of the rotor blades 21 can be adapted to the design parameters, in particular speed and rotor radius, by combining the shape of the inner and outer axial sections, 14 and 12 , respectively, in order to meet the requirements for optimal loading drive conditions, high efficiency, low noise and aesthetics, z. B. to fulfill a harmonious and flowing movement of the rotor.
The conventional rotor blade shapes, mostly trapezoidal ge, radial constructions, are both small, fast running wind turbines as well as large systems with ge ring speed geometrically the same.
For the first time dargestell th in Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 adaptive rotor blade molds open the possibility to adapt to the above mentioned parameters. The preferred application for FIG. 2 applies to systems with a rotor radius of 7 to 8.0 m and a speed of <60 min -1 .
For FIG. 3 results in a field of application for rotors 21 with a radius between 8 and 15 m in and speeds of 25 to 60 min -1. The curvature of the inner axis section 13 and the outer section 12 are opposite, the turning point is preferably at 0.75 R. The transition between the axis sections 13 and 12 is tangential.

The greatest noise developments occur in the outer active surface 9 of the rotary plane 24 . To reduce the sound pressure, the longitudinal axis 12 of the outer sheet portion 26 is formed GE curved. In order to achieve a further reduction in noise, so-called diffusers 15 are provided on the upper side 27 of the profile ( FIG. 5), on the trailing edge of the blade 5 . These disruptive bodies are individual surveys that influence the turbulent flow.
Fig. 6 stellt eine Variante dar. FIG. 6 shows a variant. The diffuser 16 , as a running, embossed structural element, is also suitable for advantageously having a noise-damping effect on the flow.
Diffu sensors are also suitable as a single element in the form of a depression 17 , such as, for. B. in Fig. 7, or in combi nation of 15 , 16 and 17 to dampen the noise generation sustainably.
As illustrated in FIGS. 8 and 9, a pivotable end of the rotor blade 18 can significantly expand the working area of the wind turbine 22 . At lower wind speeds, the rotor radius 7 can be increased in order to make better use of the wind available. At high wind speeds and large rotor speeds, the rotating surface 24 can be reduced by pivoting the Ro torende 18 . At the same time, the rotational speed of the rotor 21 is reduced. The rotor end 18 is hen with a swivel 20 and a hydraulic cylinder 19 verses. The swiveling of the rotor end advantageously reduces noise generation.
