Abstract
Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Energierückgewinnungsaggregat zur Energierückgewinnung aus Fahrbahndurchbiegung zur Verwendung unter einer elastischen Fahrbahnunterlage, z. B. Schiene (2), die unter einer gera den oder unter zulässiger Neigung liegenden Fahrbahn anliegend an diese auf zwei Auflagern (3) angeordnet ist. Das Wagengewicht belastet über das Wa genrad (1) die Schiene (2) mit einer Kraft F auf Biegung. Die durch Durch biegungsbegrenzungen (4) entstandene konstante Durchbiegung f entspricht dem Kolbenhub in der Kolbenpumpe. Die Kraft F wird über eine Kolben stange (5) auf den Kolben übertragen und bewirkt einen Druck auf das in der Kolbenpumpe (2) befindliche Hydrauliköl und somit in den primären Kreis lauf, einschließlich in den Druckbehälter (11), dieser kann wahlweise ein Membran-, Blasen- oder Kolbenspeicher sein. Aus einer oder mehreren Kol benpumpen (6) wird das Öl mit einem Steuersystem in einen oder mehrere Druckbehälter (11) verteilt. Aus dem Druckbehälter (11) wird das Öl über eine Regelanlage zu den Verbrauchern, z. B. Hydraulikmotor (13) etc. verbrauchsgesteuert unter Druck befördert. Von den Verbrauchern wird das verbrauchte Öl in Sammelbehälter (12) aufgenommen und mittels einer Spei sepumpe (9) durch die Speiseleitung (8) in einen oder mehrere Vorratsbe hälter (10) gebracht. Aus diesen Behältern wird das Öl in die Kolbenpumpen (6) über eine Versorgungsleitung (14) eingeleitet.
