Abstract

The energy recovery apparatus has a flexure limiter (4) positioned under the rails (2). The flexure force is transmitted via a piston rod (5) to a piston pump (6). Description

Die Kraft F wird über eine Kolben­ stange (5) auf den Kolben übertragen und bewirkt einen Druck auf das in der Kolbenpumpe (2) befindliche Hydrauliköl und somit in den primären Kreis­ lauf, einschließlich in den Druckbehälter (11), dieser kann wahlweise ein Membran-, Blasen- oder Kolbenspeicher sein. Aus einer oder mehreren Kol­ benpumpen (6) wird das Öl mit einem Steuersystem in einen oder mehrere Druckbehälter (11) verteilt. Aus dem Druckbehälter (11) wird das Öl über eine Regelanlage zu den Verbrauchern, z. B. Hydraulikmotor (13) etc. verbrauchsgesteuert unter Druck befördert. Von den Verbrauchern wird das verbrauchte Öl in Sammelbehälter (12) aufgenommen und mittels einer Spei­ sepumpe (9) durch die Speiseleitung (8) in einen oder mehrere Vorratsbe­ hälter (10) gebracht. Aus diesen Behältern wird das Öl in die Kolbenpumpen (6) über eine Versorgungsleitung (14) eingeleitet. Energierückgewinnungsaggregat aus Fahrbahndurchbiegung von elastischen Fahrbahnunterlagen zur Verwendung bspw. unter einer Schiene (2), die unter einer geraden oder unter zulässiger Neigung liegenden Fahrbahn anliegend an diese angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Durchbiegungsbegrenzung (4) unter den Schienen (2) befestigt ist und die Durchbiegungskraft über eine Kol­ benstange (5) auf eine Kolbenpumpe (6) übertragen wird, die im primären Kreislauf das Hydrauliköl durch die Druckleitung (7) in ein oder mehrere Druckbehälter (11) pumpt, und von diesen das Öl an den verbrauchenden Hydraulikmotor (13) etc. als Antriebskraft unter Druck verteilt.
