Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Erektionshilfe zur Versteifung des männlichen Gliedes. Um bei einer fehlenden Erektionsfä higkeit oder einer hochgradigen Erektionsschwäche trotzdem eine Kohabitationsfähigkeit zu erreichen, sind bisher sehr unterschiedliche Mittel und Methoden angewendet worden, die aber sämtlich mit Nachteilen verbunden sind. So wird das operative Verfahren, das männliche Glied durch Einpflanzen einer sog. Penisprothese zu versteifen, von vielen Männern wegen der oft damit verbundenen ständigen Beschwerden nicht akzeptiert. Vielfach heilen diese meist sehr teuren Geräte auch nicht ein. - Ferner kennt man Verfahren zur Erektionsver besserung mittels Injektionen von Medikamenten in die Schwellkörper des Penis oder das Einbringen von Medikamenten in die Harnröhre kurz vor dem Koitus. Auch sind Methoden bzw. Versuche bekannt, um wie bei DE 296 03 248 U1 mit Hilfe eines Ringes um die Peniswurzel den venösen Abfluß aus den Schwellkörpern zu drosseln und eine Stauung zu erzeugen, um damit die Spannung in den Schwellkörpern zu erhöhen. Mit einer ähnlichen Problematik befaßt sich US 5,234,401 mit Hilfe einer luftdicht an der Peniswurzel ansetzenden Röhre, in der ein Unterdruck erzeugt wird, der das Volumen des Penis vermehren soll. Die bei der Unterdruckerzeugung gewon nene Luft wird in einen Ring gepumpt, der an der Peniswurzel sitzt und aufgeblasen den Blutrückstrom verringern soll. Die vorgenannten bekannten Lösungen setzen aber eine intakte, gute arterielle Blutzufuhr in den Penis voraus. Diese ist aber nicht mehr bei Männern gegeben, bei denen die Prostata wegen eines Krebses komplett entfernt werden mußte (Radikale Prostatektomie). Hierbei müssen nämlich - bis auf wenige Ausnahmen - die Hauptarterien und Nerven des Penis durch trennt werden, welche für die Erektion der Schwellkörper des Penisschaftes unerläßlich sind. Die Wickelungen des Versteifungsbandes sind aufgrund seiner Ausgestaltung und/oder Materiales sowohl aufeinander ohne jede Klebung haftend, wie aber auch bei stärkerem Zug gegen einander verschiebbar. Die Ausführung der Erfindung nach Fig. 1 zeigt ein bevorzugt in sich einstückiges Versteifungsband 1, das aus drei hintereinander befindlichen Abschnitten 1AA, 1VA und 1EA besteht, und zwar bezeichnet AA den Anfangsabschnitt, VA den Verstärkungsabschnitt und EA den Endabschnitt. Wenn auch ein komplettes handelsübliches Kondom über einen über eine Erektionshilfe nach der Erfindung versehenen Penis aufgebracht werden kann, so ist es im Sinne der Erfin dung, eine kondomartige Verkleidung nur für die Erektionshilfe vorzusehen, dagegen die Glans penis freizulassen, was für die volle Erhaltung der Sensibilität beim Koitus wichtig ist. Ein sol cher kondomartiger Überzug 23, 23' hier mit jeweils verstärkten Rändern 24, 24' ist Fig. 6 zu entnehmen. Gemäß der Ausführung nach Fig. 7 kann ein überlanger Überzug 23' sich sowohl an der Außenseite des Versteifungsbereiches 1, als auch an dessen Innenseite, d. h. zwischen dem Versteifungsband und dem Penisschaft 9 befinden. Fig. 8 zeigt hierzu in der linken Hälfte, wie ein kondomartiger Überzug aus zwei gegenläufig gewickelten Bereichen 25 und 26 besteht, von denen 25 zunächst in die Position gemäß Fig. 8 rechte Hälfte über den Penisschaft gezogen wird. Zuvor, also vor dem Ausrollen dieses kondomartigen Überzuges, wurde er nach Dehnung mit den Fingern in den Kranzfurchenbereich gebracht. Nach Ausrollen des unteren gewickelten Bereichs 25, 27 wird das Versteifungsband 1 aufgebracht und anschließend wird der obere gewickelte Bereich 26 des Überzuges nach unten über das Versteifungsband 1 gewickelt, bis die Posi tion gemäß Fig. 7 erreicht ist. Diese Positionierung und Applikation des Überzuges 25, 26 ist gemäß Fig. 9 auch möglich durch Vormontieren dieses speziellen Überzuges auf einem Kunststoffring 28, dessen Innendurchmesser etwas größer ist als der Außendurchmesser der Eichel, wobei auf dem Ring der Überzug unter Spannung sitzt. Nachdem der vorgenannte Kunststoff-Ring über die Eichel geschoben wurde, wird der kondomartige Überzug 25, 26 auf die Kranzfurche heruntergeschoben und der Kunststoff-Ring 28 entfernt. Danach erfolgt die Ausrollung des speziellen Überzuges und die Aufbringung des Versteifungsbandes wie vorstehend bereits erläutert. Der Kunststoff-Ring 28 kann kleine Randwülste an seinen Endbereichen haben, um ein versehentliches Abrutschen des Überzuges zu vermeiden. Das oben erwähnte Freihalten der Glans Penis kann auch mit einem Kondom erreicht werden, welches an der entsprechenden Stelle eine ringförmig verlau fende Perforierung aufweist.
