Description

I. Problematik
Die Problematik ist die nachlassende Leitfähigkeit der Schaltkontakte von Tastenmatten (wie sie in Fernbedienungen, Codesendern, Handytastaturen etc. vorkommen) durch Rekristallisation oder starke Beanspruchung.
II. Aufgabe
Die Aufgabe bestand in der Bereitstellung einer Flüssigkeit, die sich mit der Kontaktfläche verbindet, und die es möglich macht, die Schaltkontakte von Tastenmatten wieder funktionsfähig zu machen.
III. Anforderungen
Die Anforderungen an die Flüssigkeit sollen wie folgend aufgezählt sein.
  • 1. Gute Leitfähigkeit
  • 2. Dünnflüssig
  • 3. Gut haftbar und schnell trocken
  • 4. Flexibel
  • 5. Hohe Schaltzahl (min. 20000 Schaftvorgänge)
  • 6. Geringer Abrieb der Schalt.- und Kontaktfläche
IV. Versuche
Versuchsbeginn mit verschiedenen Trägermaterialien wie z. B. Kleber-Metallpulver- Gemische.
V. Lösung
Eine Mischung aus einer Speziallösung, Kohlenstoff und seinen Modifikationen. Genaues Mischungsverhältnis der einzelnen Komponenten:
Die Zusammensetzung des flüssigen Leitgummi sind jeweils gleiche Volumenanteile von:
  • - Gummilösung (Vulkanisationsmittel)
  • - Benzin
  • - Kohlenstoff und seinen Modifikationen (Graphit)
VI. Dauertest
Bau einer elektronisch gesteuerten Schaltmechanik mit Impulszähler, zur Überprüfung der vorgegebenen Schaltzahl und Abriebsstabilität.
VII. Ergebnis
Das Ergebnis ist eine Flüssigkeit, die alle Anforderungen erfüllt, zusätzlich sehr schnell verarbeitbar und trocken ist und im Dauertest eine mindestens dreimal so hohe Schaltanzahl hat (bei 60000 abgebrochen).
Mit dieser Flüssigkeit ist also eine dauerhafte Reparatur von Schaltmatten aller Art schnell und preiswert möglich.

Claims (2)

1. Verwendung von sich mit der Kontaktfläche von Schaltmatten haftend verbin­ dendem flüssigem Leitgummi aus jeweils gleichen Volumenanteilen von Gummi­ lösung (Vulkanisationsmittel), Benzin sowie Kohlenstoff und seinen Modifikationen (Graphit) zur dauerhaften Reparatur von Schaltmatten mit nachlassender Leitfähig­ keit der Schaltkontakte.
2. Verwendung von flüssigem Leitgummi nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Schaltmatten Tastenmatten von Fernbedienungen, Codesendern oder Handytastaturen sind.
